My order did not arrive, despite a tracking number being generated. When I contacted them, they said they would investigate the issue, but believed that because a tracking order was in place, that it had been delivered and as much as said, didn't believe me. They were supposed to send a form to fill in to state that I had not received the package.
When you sell an item on eBay and the purchaser doesn't receive it, it is up to the seller to solve the issue not the buyer

Great item bought for less than half price compare to other stores. Fast delivery. I will buy again.

I liked the swiftness of the dispatch and arrival.
I TOTALLY dislike the fact that the wrong item was sent AND it was for a birthday present today, 6th January.

Also, their online chat service is about as swift as a 1-legged tortoise lying on its back getting a sun tan!

Genuinely really quite peed off about that.

Good quality coat which arrived quickly. I'm a size 12 and ordered a size up. The coat is a snug fit, sleeves are a little tight. Would recommend ordering larger size.

Excellent service fast delivery but some items not true to size I ordered 18/20 in a women jacket and it fitted a size 14 but I bought man named brands and it was true to size so just ensure you look at the size guide.

Ordered 2 pair's of shorts only 1 came massaged and emailed the seller no reply there were quick anuff taking the money for 2 pairs

Shocking. Asked for an exchange, got a refund having paid for next day delivery. Ordered correct size with next delivery again and still not received. Don’t order from here!

A tracking number was created, but the order was not submitted to DHL Express 🤬 via chat you only get location answers from the computer, no one answers me what happened to my order. goods already paid with paypal, hopefully I can get it back!

I placed an order waiting for delivery to then be told it had been cancelled due to over selling stock! This should have been noticed before allowing me to order an item in the first place! Was my first time using this site and unfortunately will be my last time.

Order never came, they cancelled it but it was available to buy. Bought another one, same thing happened

Absolutely terrible, ordered backpack on 28th july and got an email on 2nd of august saying order cxl as they over sold the product, yet you can still purchase it on the website. Disgrace!!!
