Took a chance after reading the other reviews. Items arrived in good time and were a good price but the vans t-shirt I thought would fit based on other vans t-shirts I had bought was way too small. This wouldn’t be much of a problem except for the £5 return charge for something that is basically a large letter (sell it eBay it is then). Be prepared to pay £10 to try something unless you are 100% sure it will fit. The Powell peralta t-shirt fit fine.

I was hesitant to buy as per the bad reviews but I had a flawless experience from this company. Amazing discount and speedy shipping. Would buy from this site again

Bought pair of running shoes 6 weeks ago that have fallen apart. Tried to take them back today. Very poor service. Told it was normal wear and tear. Now received a fairly unintelligible text from manager saying it looks like they have been chewed by a rat(?)

I have been a personal trainer for 25 years so I know when shoes are faulty. Will not recommend this shop to any more clients…they may as well use Sports Direct and save money on the price of shoes.

Do no I assure you Do Not order from this company. So many issues.

Received a order that was defective in measurement I sent this back after talking to them over the phone they said they wouldn’t take of the £4.99 fee for returns label I received no email for the refund I had to chase for confirmation via phone call I’ve now received my refund but it’s a partial refund they’ve done and taken £6.75 off my refund not only did they not keep to there word they also took more than there website advertises, I’ve screenshotted this on there website and will be sending all relevant information to trade and standards as clearly from the reviews this business is incapable of operating like any other merchant

Bought a pair of Vans online from Natterjacks as they were by far the cheapest I could find them in the sale. Delivery was smooth, and I was kept up to date by email from Royal Mail. Overall very happy. I read a few negative reviews on here, but they were largely people complaining that they have to pay postage for returns (which I guess is pretty standard for an indie store), not liking the owner, not liking the music they play in-store blah blah. So felt pretty confident ordering from them - plus they get much better reviews on other review sites. All-in-all - very happy with my experience and the product! Cheers Natterjacks.

There’s a lot of negative reviews on here, so was a little worried about placing an order!

However my experience was nothing but good. Delivery was on-time and as stated on the website.

The back staff replied to my email the same day.

Ordered a pair of trainers from them. Was emailed to say they couldn’t provide them as damaged in their warehouse. Cancelled the order down then refused to refund my payment source for 3 months stating that the payment source had to initiate the refund? Then tried to tell the payment provider I hadn’t collected them as agreed, bearing in mind I live 145 miles away from the store and they had already told me they were damaged

Absolute scammers steer clear

We visited Natterjacks earlier today to have a skateboard built as a Christmas present for our daughter. However, we were abruptly told that they wouldn’t build the board because we hadn’t purchased it from their shop.

This left us confused, as we had previously been informed they would provide this service. We even clarified that we intended to purchase the trucks and wheels from them.

Despite this, the curmudgeon behind the counter persisted, “I’m not going to build it for you.”

This experience was disappointing, especially as our daughter had been excited about having a board ready for the new year.

We have shopped at Natterjacks many times before and had planned to continue doing so.

Unfortunately, this staff member's unhelpful attitude has made us vigorously reconsider.

I ordered online and collected my parcel in their shop.

I had a good experience with Natterjacks. I saw they stocked a pair of trainers I was after and they were on sale too but I hadn't ordered with them before. Gave the store number on their website a call before ordering to double check they were in stock and got the trainers a couple of days later. Just what I was after!

I had a very smooth experience with this store. I received my order in 2 days, everything packed well. No complains.

Charged both delivery & returns charges when returning shoes that didn’t fit, Bought the same manufacturer & size as all my other footwear but my purchase of the same from NATTERJACK’S were far too small??? First time in years this has happened with the manufacturer & size being far too small, makes me think do NATTERJACK’S buy seconds??

I Normally check on Trustpilot before purchasing from a company for the first time! I’d of kept away due to the 52% 1 STAR RATING that’s pretty poor saying there’s only 86 Reviews

Husband bought me some running shoes for my birthday in July. The salesman gave me the wrong size shoes which I returned unused and asked for the correct size. I was told would take couple weeks as had to order them in. It's now been nearly 4 weeks and still no shoes. Appalling service have paid for shoes and still not got them. Next step trading standards!

Saw lots of negative reviews on here, and can only speak from my one experience online with Natterjacks, but wanted to put some positivity in the mix.

I ordered some shoes and some extras, however there was some discolouration on one of the shoes, presumably because it had been on display in the light or something, and they were the last pair left - so the staff sent me some pictures prior to posting the shoes out, asking if I'd be happy to receive them as they were. I asked if I could go with a different colour in the same style and they obliged, and got my order sent out that same day. All arrived in great condition and couldn't fault anything about their service. This is the first time I can recall a business reaching out to me prior to sending an item that isn't 100%, so I'm massively appreciative of this.
