Absolutely rude! Avoid

I got to their website, expecting to get a quote to see on the screen. The button shows Get Quote which is very misleading. After pressing the button you get a message that someone will contact you to provide quotes. Would be useful that you provide this information beforehand. Not everyone expects a call.
As I am looking for the cover in the future and not today I was expecting to get some prices and that's it.
I received 2 calls from them from 2 different persons. I told first person that I am not interested in the cover now and she disconnected.

Second call (actually 2 different people on one call) were very pushy. I tried to explain to them that I don't want cover at the moment and that I am at work so cannot speak. The advisor was pushy and rude. Trying to get details from me that are needed for quote. After explaining him that I don't need it now he kept trying to sell this idea to me. I told them 5 times that I am at work and cannot talk right now, but they kept saying that is just 5 min. When they probably understand, advisor started to ask questions like what time I finish work so he can call again. I found this unpleasant and rude and asked to not call me again.

They might be good, but the advisor that called me wasn't polite and annoying. What is most important, he haven't listen to me when tried to explain that I cannot talk or don't need the cover right now. Very bad experience.

Really not happy with the services as I’ve been a pillar of the communitie for a while now.

I am so happy I chose to get a policy out with this company, my advisor Carl went above and beyond for me and my husband to make sure we secured the correct policy, he explained everything to make sure I understood everything. Also the aftercare of making sure I received all of my paperwork and information and to double check again I understood it all was also a lovely touch, I would definitely reccomend to friends and family.

I was contacted by this company through another company (3rd party) a guy called Carl, sadly I can’t recall his surname, was extremely rude and very pushy, wasn’t at all what I would class as customer service, I do feel he would benefit from sort sort of training, avoid!

My advisor Jonathan was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions in detail and advised me on the product that best suited my needs. He was very prompt in sending out paperwork and even sent me an email copy to read in the meantime. No pushy selling and great value for money. I have recommended this company to my friends as I felt that my enquiry was dealt with in a polite and friendly manner.
