Great service and exceptional quality

It took ages to find a stockist for the bulb in my electric fire. These people had one. Very expensive (but that seems to be what they cost), but at least they had one.

Ordering new Christmas lights for my 1st year in my flat, so it was great to get good service and easy to arrange for delivery to a local locker for pick up as well as it's a nightmare getting parcels where I currently live

The bulb is working and giving a light, but inside there's some loose metal particles that gives rattling sound while working.

I had to pay €60 in total with customs for one bulb, I'm using it in a very small campervan next to my ear and being slightly autistic I'm suffering, because sound of new bulb drives me crazy. The old one didn't have anything rattling inside.

Lovely store. You can easily find things that are hard to find elsewhere, but unfortunately you then have to deal with slow shipping and additional import taxes from the UK upon delivery.
It would be better to use a courier that is faster and more reliable and add all the costs, shipping and taxes to the shopping cart, so you can adjust accordingly.

I haven’t received the light bulbs I ordered 2 weeks ago . If I could give 0 stars I would . I have received no explanations . Now they want me to give a review?!

Bulb arrived on time but package was damaged. Bulb box was within an envelope. Bulb works but has a crack on outer surface. Expected better for the cost.

I needed special light bulbs for my 3 laps that came from the USA. I couldn’t find them anywhere except the light shop. They were pricey. I guess cause there is low demand over here. But they were absolutely perfect. The only thing I would say was shipping with Royal Mail took longer than expected. It was a good week and a bit before I received them.

Nothing went wrong so nothing to be complaining about. In other words, all good!

The items arrived on the date promised, well packaged and protected with ample wrapping against breakage. The previous light bulbs had lasted 3 years outdoors and so I am hoping that this relatively expensive purchase was justified in terms of anticipated longevity in service. It is so convenient to locate a company that is a one-stop-shop for light bulbs of all descriptions who can deliver promptly. No complaints at all

You were great. Appreciated the help in making sure I purchased the correct bulb as it was an odd one. The problem is you charged me 10 pounds or so to ship UPS and then sent it the cheaper Royal Mail route. I brought this to your attention, but did not receive a refund.
