After being denied a UK visa twice — in 2016 and again in 2024 — I had almost given up hope. Then I came across UK Migration Lawyers and was fortunate to be supported by Emma and Michaela. From the very start, they were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and supportive. They guided me step-by-step through every document and requirement needed for both myself and my daughter.

Another wonderful experince at UK migration lawyers. I have been using their services for a few years now. I keep coming back because of the dedication and the amazing experience i've had so far at their hands. This was my penultimate application for settlement so i was naturally apprehensive. My case worker Laureine Roche-Mani was more than happy to help me navigate the tricky process and was always availble to answer my queries, of which their were many. She is very polite and a genuine lady who put to rest many of my anxieties about the process. I was relieved and over the moon when she rang me about my decision. She is indeed an asset to the team and I would highly recommend her if you are navigating your way through the immigration process.

I’ve met Mehvesh Akbar about 6years ago via tele conversations when I initiated my application to immigrate to the UK from South Africa. Since then she’s been my main contact throughout the process and to be honest, I don’t think I have enough words, nor words good enough to adequately describe by gratitude for the excellent service during every step of getting my 4children and I eventually to the point of ‘Indefinite Leave to Remain’. During Mehvesh’s absences, I’ve also had the pleasure of dealing with Aisha Bai and Amara Ahmed who continued with the same excellent service. I can’t explain how many times I was emotional, worried, with so many ups and downs as nothing could have prepared me for the actual strain of immigration, financial- and emotional preparedness, etc etc, yet through it all Mehvesh and the rest of the team mentioned, always did their best to reassure me that everything was going to be ok. They handled my applications professionally, but also with the personal touch that made me feel like they were carrying the burden of it all for me. All I had to do was hand in our documentation they required on time, be where we had to be, but they arranged every test, every appointment, etc on out behalf. And where there were challenges that seemed like it could upset the whole process, they navigated alternate options to achieve the best possible outcomes. This was truly and end-to-end service, which never seemed like a burden to them. No matter how many times I called, they got back to me with patience, courtesy and a sense of care. They took a personal interest in every difficulty I experienced and at the end of it all it I felt like I got to know them as much as they got to know me. This is certainly not one of those places that after you’ve paid they treat you like a forgotten or second best client, which is the reason I kept going back to them to handle every application. I will most likely go back to them again when it’s time to apply for naturalisation as I simply can’t think of a better place to go. Thank you Mehvesh, Aisha and Amara. I hope “thank you” for now will suffice, but know that I mean it with more gratitude than I can express.
