I would like to sincerely thank Harris Qadir for his efforts in handling my mother’s visitor visa and PAP application. It has been a long and challenging journey to overturn her previous rejections, and I truly appreciate the dedication that has gone into this process.

That said, I would like to offer some constructive feedback regarding communication. At times, it was quite difficult to get in touch with Harris via phone and email, which made the process more stressful. I understand that workload can be overwhelming, but I do believe there is room for improvement in this area to better support clients.

Nonetheless, I am grateful for the outcome and hopeful that I will finally be able to bring my mother to the UK and show her around. Thank you once again for all your efforts.

Absolutely shocking service, the timeframe of work is terrible and they don't keep you updated at all. I had to call multiple times and email abck and forth for updates. I spent alot on my service which wasnt cheap. Honestly, I wish I had choosen a better service from another company. This review is in light of the service regardless of the outcome of the overall service in terms of immigration services.
