DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I booked this company for my boss' 70th Birthday Party to bring along the selfie pod they offer.
We chose to go for the 3 hour slot and promptly paid the £20.00 deposit via bank transfer, after that I heard nothing.
No email to confirm payment of the deposit, nothing to say the booking was secure, nothing at all.

So I sent an email (the one email I sent to confirm turned into 4 emails and 3 phone calls) after the 4th call I finally spoke to Mark who was quite baffled at my worry and assured me he'd send something over that afternoon to confirm everything was booked, again I heard nothing.

I gave it some time and as the week of the party loomed I again attempted to get in touch with 'Mark C' to confirm set up times and how long they'd need before hand etc. - shock horror I had nothing back, at this point we'd just come to terms that we were probably not going to have a photobooth there. Eventually my colleague sent a text to the number on the Thursday before the party as a last ditch attempt, Mark came back saying that they would not be attending but had asked 'a colleague' to cover the event for us, on speaking to the guy who turned up Mark had posted in a local Photo Booth group on facebook requesting someone to cover the job. for the lower rate of £220.00 instead of the £240.00 originally quoted, so he basically got £20.00 for nothing at all
It caused so much stress at my end it's literally not worth it at all - upon investigating they've turned off all review options on facebook and they are uncontactable on twitter.
I also noticed that someone had commented on one of the photo's they posted asking for a full refund as they hadn't turned up to her event and taken the full payment up front - thank god I listened to my gut and decided to only pay the full amount in cash on the night.
The sooner they're closed down the better.
