I had some problems providing adequate authentication for the post box I wanted to set up, and I found Allan on the verification team very helpful and extremely quick to respond to every message. Highly recommended.

I haven't used the service yet but the team are extremely responsive to questions (sometimes instant responses) and very helpful. The sign up process was very smooth, and I'm hoping the rest of the service will follow suit.

i use uk postbox to manage all my business mail. really cost effective, great user experience when you login, and flawless service. respect to the team / biz.

We have used UK Postbox for about 10years as we have moved house and countries frequently. Whether it’s scanning important mail, forwarding documents or parcels the service has always been fast, efficient and professional. Great customer service response speed and always willing to help. I had the wrong mailbox id on some parcels (my fault) and the team sorted it out for me without issue. Have recommended to many and will continue to do so.

So i can give 6 star if i can. i use UK Postbox for several months .everything was sharp,amazing, proper payments,info for new mail instant, customer service always respond shortly.

platform they use is verry simple to use, yo can do everything by yorselfse, send,forwords,scan you mail .

they menaged to forward may bunch mails oversees with DHL less than 24 hours .wich was amazing .

They will closed you account upon your request with no issue ,refaund any balance to you, NO trics, lies.
