Booked me in at very short notice.
Engineer was at my door at 8am having traveled a few hours.
Job was done very efficiently with out any fuss.Recommend them anytime.

Engineer Dan turned up on time, gave a courtesy call 15 minutes prior to arriving. Nice man, very professional knowledgable and respectful. Explained the procedure throughout. Pleasant experience. I now have nice hot radiators and water. Thanks Dan

Tom was a great plumber who was professional, friendly and courteous. Communication with the company was quick and they were very considerate of my pending due date and got a flush in asap!

Arrived on time, no mess, Adam who did the job was polite and gave some advice on my boiler which was helpful. If I had any criticism the prices shown for the packages on their website doesn't include VAT and was £96 more than I was expecting.

Tom arrived on time, very neat with his work and a very polite throughout visit. Clearly explained what he needed to do and kept me informed of the progress with the thermal imaging. I have heating downstairs now so very happy.

Adam was friendly, professional and efficient. My radiators were not working efficiently prior to the power flush service. Every radiator in the house is now working well and the house is heating up much more rapidly, whilst using less gas. I'm very pleased with the service

From the first SMS contact UK PowerFlush were very efficient, responding quickly to offer us a date within the next week. Their heating engineer Adam, messaged to confirm when to expect him and arrived exactly on time. He worked diligently and meticulously to restore our central heating system back to full working order. Adam was very polite and tidy in his work, answering our questions and explaining how the process worked as well as keeping us informed of progress throughout. Our central heating is now working better than ever. The cost was also significantly less than other companies quoted us for. So all in all a great job and we would highly recommend UK PowerFlush.

I had my heating system power flushed by UK Power Flush for the first time since it was installed about 23 years ago. They did a brilliant job. They came back to sort out an issue that came about after a month or so and sorted it out with diligence. I would recommend them any day as they are affordable and hardworking team.

Moved into a new house and CH system was a right mess leaving us with no CH or hot water for nearly 3 weeks. Tried a few places to get a power flush and ukpf managed to fit us in a cancellation slot. Mark turned up on time and set to work flushing what looked like 10+ years of gunge out the system. He was here for around 6 hours and left it all tidy. Fortunately when we called the heating engineer out he reset the pump on the boiler and everything started working again. We were on the point of a new boiler and possibly complete CH system but effectively ukpf have saved us a minimum of the best part of £4k on a new boiler. Can't recommend them enough and having spoken to other heating engineers and plumbers the price was more then reasonable as well

Derek came 28/29 Nov last and carried out the flush and all radiators were working fine.
I then had a new combi boiler fitted as the old one was well past sell by date. Soon had trouble with no hot water as probably some sludge from old boiler crept in. Contacted Derek who sent Tom last Friday who refused system and now working fine. No problem in recommending him.

My gas boiler failed a few weeks ago with British Gas fixing the problem by replacing the pump. They recommended that I should have a power flush as there was a build-up of dirt on the pump. I don’t think that my radiators had been flushed since they were installed 48 years ago. BG gave me a quote of about £750 - I was shocked. I searched around and found UK Powerflush with their price being £425. I booked it for February 8th. Derek, the owner said that he would come (I think from Scotland) but Adam turned up from Manchester at 7:30am. By 7:45 he had started work and worked non-stop till 13:15 - 5.5 hours. I was asked about additional chemicals (not mentioned on the website) and agreed for £42. Adam left with everything seeming perfect. I would have given 5 stars but he made one mistake. He left the diverter valve open (needed to be open for the flush) and now the boiler kept heating so the house became very warm. I phoned Derek and he proposed that I phone British Gas who I was paying £20 a month to for maintenance - perhaps this shows that this company does not have total UK coverage. BG came out and quickly found the problem - the open diverter valve. I was charged £99 for the callout. I have asked Derek if he will refund this charge.
Overall, but for this problem, I was very satisfied with the work - Derek replied very quickly to messages, Adam worked very hard. I asked about the Warranty Certificate as stated on the website and was told that the receipt was the certificate. Perhaps a checklist needs to be completed at the end of a job. I would use them again but might not be here in another 48 years.

I decided to get central heating flushed as some radiators weren’t working well. The service provided from organising through to completion was professional, effective and respectful. I would highly recommend

I put a quote in on ratedpeople.com, UK Powerflush were first to quote and in the end best priced. Professional work was undertaken on time and as agreed and they were also able to offer advice on improvements in central heating overall. Full Flush and Filter Fitted in a day. House now warm again!
