The guy turned up exactly when he said he would, very polite and talked me though everything he was doing,
You could see the thermal images were showing large cold spots at the bottom of most radiators,
I'm writing this about 3 hours after he left and the house has never been so warm!

Having had a repeating problem with my heating I was advised to have the system flushed.Contacted this company,arranged to have the job done asap.via communications agreed price and date.technician Wayne arrived on time and set to,by the end of the day the system was working better than ever.brilliant service from start to finish.

I used UK powerflush back in August 2024 and Derek was very assuring with the cost and process. The price was competitive and he offered a worthless 5 year warranty. When they arrive they try to sell you more expensive flushing products, which aren't included in the original price. They say it takes most of the day, but were done after 5 hours. I still have cold spots in one of the radiators but once you have paid them they ignore your messages and calls. Be mindful if using this company. I'm still waiting for the report on the radiators which they were meant to send and have asked on numerous occasions. Disappointing really.

I haven't been told that any radiators need replacing and still haven't received the report? I have a WhatsApp screenshot of the one way conversation, which you still haven't responded to. You only responded before the job was done. Anyway, it's even more disappointing now after reading your reply. Your ignorance is a joke and hope people don't fall for it. Take note. And yes, I leave honest reviews so that people don't have to deal with these issues.

Called UK Powerflush as our heating had ground to a halt and British Gas wanted to skin us alive for a flush. Great comms from the start and Tom turned up bright and early to start the flush. Very professional and experienced, explained what was happening then got to work. By the time Tom left, our system was better than I could remember, full power on all the radiators and he cleaned up as he went along. No hesitation in recommending Derek and his team, they worked miracles on our system.

I feel compelled to share my fantastic experience with UK power flush, my radiators wasn’t heating up for weeks, and after numberous plumbers trying but failing to fix the issue I turned to Derek and his team! Toby & Ian attended promptly and within hours my radiators was hotter than ever, they cleared them one by one and kept me in the loop the whole time. Upon leaving they showed me all my radiators clean and hot on a fancy thermal camera and haven’t had any issues since! So thank you again for the great service!

Recently moved and radiators throughout house were barely warming up and had cold spots, so was recommended that I get a powerflush done. Derek was helpful for the booking, and Paul who did the flush got the job done. Some complexities because of smaller than usual pipes and boiler problems, but Paul had the knowledge to work around those and fix the issue. The radiators work much better since the flush was done last week, and house is noticeably warmer.

Adam arrived on time and explained the process for our nine radiator, 25 year-old system with new Viessmann boiler - diverter valve had been sticking due to sludge in system. He was polite, tidy and efficient, took around four hours and everything left clean and tidy… boiler seems quieter, radiators hotter! I would wholeheartedly recommend Derek’s company… DS Architect

great experience with uk power flush, engineer arrived on time was clean and tidy throughout and kept me well informed. I had some issues after with airlocks and Derek was absolutely brilliant txting and calling even offered to send engineer back in within a few days to help with the situation! I should add Not caused by them I had a new pump fitted a few days after the flush … absolutely 5 star rating and definitely the cheapest flush I could find .

Really good experience, power flush treatment recommended by boiler service engineer. Diverter valve sticking sending hot water through the heat exchanger of boiler rather than through the central heating system. This was causing the down stairs radiators to be Lew warm, two completely cold. I Filled out 4 contact forms for different power flush services as it wasn't a process I'm familiar with. I received a response with in 30 mins from Derek asking for details supplied by boiler service engineer and he explained the process of the power flushing service. He offered available dates one being Friday the 7th of Feb 8.30am. Adam arrived exactly on time,he was very pleasant and informative around the works being carried out and showed us through the stages of power flush and the grime coming out the system. Adam also fitted me a filter on the return line to the boiler. After completing works the radiator system was balanced and radiators are now nice and warm through out the home.
