Easy to deal with. Price was good. Arrived in 3 days. Spoke to Justin, service was excellent. Strongly recommend.

Excellent from order to receiving my items, very fast postage and outstanding customer service. My order was sent in two parts due to requiring identification for one of the items, and I was a tad worried that a mistake might have been made which wasn't the case. I emailed Justin and he let me know what was happening and arrived within the next couple of hours due to it being a different courier. I genuinely cannot praise this company highly enough, not only for their pricing and speed of delivery... but also due to their top notch customer service. Brilliant company that I will be using again for sure. Thanks once again Justin.

Good service prompt delivery

This guy is disrespectful, rude and will throw his dummy out if he receives a bad rating and immediately start with the insults. A real wannabe. Look at the way he treats the disabled person who gave onw star. Rest assured, he folds if called out.

Hi,
I received an email from you saying, "I'll ask the warehouse to cancel as long as its not picked up already by the couriers... they start first thing."
This does not confirm anything other than you will ask, which you sent at 8.30 approx this morning. So I replied 3 hours later to ask if you had been successful in cancelling it before your "couriers" picked it up.
So, did you cancel it in time?

I then rang to be told he had emailed to say he'd cancelled and to check my spam folder (this seems to be his regular shtick, see other reviews) and as if anyone doesnt do that automatically these days. He then stated again that the order had been cancelled. However:

The money finally arrived on 2nd Feb. As he'd been a condescending, stroppy brat, i decided to leave obe star on "Trusted Shops" but withour ant comment. At this point he really threw a strop, like a kid with absolutely no idea of customer relations, which essentially he lacks and I received the following email. (Note the mixing of mixing of caps, quite hysterical):

I was going to write how condescending you are, how you take the mick out of people with such beauties as, "I sent you an email, have you checked your spam folder?" as if anyone doesn't do that as par for the course these days. Or, "It was cancelled on Friday but somehow the refund button was not pressed." 
But thanks to your hissy fit below, I merely had to copy and paste it to the review and let people see you for what you are.

And that was the end of that. I'd had another bad experience with him when the elastic of sling shot I bought snapped almost immediatley. I had to make several calls before finally receiving a replacement.

Good service and they answer emails straight away. Crossbow is excellent, i have the 80lb pistol crossbow and it goes through a 2cm thick paperback book.. treat with respect

Great customer service and fast delivery. I had a minor issue with my order but that was revolved.

All my emails were answered promptly even though they were a man down at the time.

I highly recommend this company and would like to specifically thank Justin the director of sales for his great customer service.

I ordered an Adder crossbow. Was advised that they wanted Id, so waited for them to contact me with a secure email address to do so.
A week passes and I get an email saying my order has been cancelled and a refund applied. They said they sent several emails...hmmm who to, as I never received them, even after checking my spam folder!
Got in touch with them to explain, and never got a reply. Used another online shop who emailed for id and the item was delivered within three days.
This company needs to get a grip on their Comms, as they are totally useless

Hi, I have tried calling and emailing but have not heard back. I have sent messages on your facebook page as well as on the wall. still with no reply! I placed an order on Sept 26th and the website says it's been sent but I haven't received the parcel yet or had any updates on its whereabouts. Could you please update me. ???? Thank you Sorry to have to write it here but nobody is getting back to me and its getting frustrating!

Update 09/10/22 Thank you for the reply..finally! I'm not going to remove the one-star! It even states that you didn't send it to me until the 7th after I had complained. I did not receive an email/call/text/or any other correspondence from you until now. Terrible customer service. Terrible attitude. Will not be ordering from this site again!

Very good crossbow, but of a hassle using the shop app to track it, however came within a week so overall very good :) very polite service.

Good shopping experience, Easy to navigate website, clear and concise. Fair choice of products and good on prices. Parcel was delivered fast, arrived safe and sound. Very happy with the items, my favorite being the seven seas 72hr biscuits.
