Because of the risk of the situation in Ukraine developing into a third world war and a nuclear attack on Europe I wanted a gas mask and filters like yesterday. Justin dealt very patiently with my email enquiries and replied to them promptly. His shop was sold out but once they received fresh supplies they alerted me promptly and I was able to place my order and I received the items without delay, I was also grateful to be able to purchase potassium iodide tablets as I know there is a big demand worldwide for these.Although I am not used to shopping on-line I found ordering and paying for the goods a very straightforward experience. We are lucky we have this shop to purchase CBRN equipment from as the UK manufacturers of gas masks will not supply civilians Jack Reid

Justin was quick to respond to my emails and I'm really pleased with my order. It was well packaged and arrived quickly. Best of all they do plenty of veggie options which are almost impossible to find at other prepper shops. A* service!

These guys are great at keeping their customers informed, both of the status of orders and stock updates, and in these crazy times have consistently managed to deliver orders in a timely manner when others have struggled to do so.

Can't praise these guys enough, they really make you feel confident when purchasing stuff that's not on your weekly list.

I've been using UK prepping shop for just over a year now, WOW great prices, reasonably priced compared to other prepping sites and only stocked with useful quality kit. Justin and team are excellent, knowledgeable and professional. The website is a dream to use and products are always dispatched promptly and tracked from store to my door. I 100% recommend using this site! On the rare occasion I've had a problem with a delivery Justin sorts it immediately no questions asked!

I have used UK Prepping Shop on plenty of occasions. Can't fault any of the processes, and the customer service given is fantastic. I've used others in the past, but have found my go to place here. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely use again.

I called to place an order of an 18 month supply of fuel your preparation. I was told it was too much hassle to do over the phone and should go on the website. I went through the processes on the website and went to pay. You get 4 options, G pay, amazon pay, Google pay and something else. I tried one and due to the amount £2,900 my card was declined for security reasons. I called the bank and they cleared the block on my card. Lloyds Bank told me to call the company and pay direct. When I called, the gentleman refused to take my payment, said if the card was declined I needed to contact my bank, which I had just already done and simply said he wouldn't take payment over the phone. He made me feel like I was trying to rip him off, I was ordering from another business, one that has been trading for 15 years, AND it was a debit card payment.
After him being so rude I contacted EUROPEAN FREEZE DRY, which is the company that owns Fuel Your Preparation and they processed my order for me without any hassle what so ever. My advice, go direct, cut out the middle man, especially one that is so rude.

An update to this review is that Justin Jones, the owner, then leaves an aggressive response to the comments people make and goes so far as to review the person's business who complains, under the name Paul Jones. This person is clearly disturbed. He's also currently arguing with PayPal for stealing his money. I would avoid at all costs.

Further update 28/3/22. Justin tried to get this review removed and disputed that I ever spoke to him. I had to send Trustpilot screen shots of the call log and the messages Justin sent on my private mobile. Trustpilot verified my review and this is Justin's response, proving beyond reasonable doubt he's slightly unhinged. Wish you all the best Justin, maybe some anger management courses might help you. Read all his other responses, they speak for themselves. As for stalking, you can clearly see he's been looking into me.... scary, Oh and my card worked just fine. Spoke to Paul at European Freeze Dry, paid for my order, just waiting for delivery. Paul is lovely, be more like Paul :-)

Quality of products have been excellent and priced fairly.

we had a quick chat over the phone, then ordered a crossbow from them. everything spot on... then had some problems with the crossbow after it arrived but it was promptly sorted out to my full satisfaction. Great to deal with.
