Honestly, I don't know how UKPA get such good reviews, the only reason I can think of is that you're asked to review them before they do any actual work.
It's been an absolute nightmare, they've made mistakes along every step of the way....wrong information on forms, incorrect calculations, missing deadlines set by HMRC and even when they reassured me that they checked and rechecked their calculations, I have now found yet another error in the disclosure they made to HMRC on my behalf. I've never come across such an unprofessional service.

Used UK Property Accountants to verify my ID with Companies House. Quick and didn't charge the earth. It would have been five stars but at the first appointment for the ID verification I waited 20 minutes at the appointed time for someone to contact me over Teams and then gave up. However, they were prompt in both rebooking and responding at the appointed time - and the ID confirmation came through within a couple of hours.

After the initial negative experience I mentioned earlier, I have not had any further issues. At present, I am mostly in communication with Manish and Rijan, for the personal tax return and the process has been progressing very professionally and smoothly.
