I left a negative review after having a terrible experience with this company they have then reported me to trustpilot as being a fake review. If you do not want negative reviews id recommend being more accommodating of customers, not being dishonest to get the review removed as that really does not look good for a business. Now not only is my previous review showing your lack of concern for customers now this review shows future customers how you are comfortable being dishonest. Unfortunately for you i have evidence to prove i am a customer and expect my original review to be back live in no time.

From Start to Finish, the process of working with Sean, Lee, Liv and also the guys doing the work has been exceptional.
From getting the quote to agreeing dates and timelines, it's been seamless. I was even told it could be completed ahead of the first timeline and it was. I've gone to them a few times to ask questions and make sure I have everything clear for my own peace of mind and they've always been so helpful.
The work has been done to such a high standard and while there were some twists and turns, they were able to sort out a solution that didn't break the bank. While the nature of the work has been messy, the effort they went to to clean up after themselves and also tidy up the space shocked me, I didn't expect that from them.
When putting the carpet back, John noticed that there was one irregular piece (It was like that before the work started) but wanted to make sure they hadn't caused any damage.
Harrison was also worked late to make sure the job was completed to schedule.
I would definitely recommend them for any jobs you may have. If you do hire them, make sure you stock up on cans of coca-cola.

Extension built start to finish in just over 7 weeks. Really happy with it. Roof lantern is amazing. Really please with underfloor heating and the kitchen is brilliant. John, project manager, is organising the landscaping for me once weather improves. Can't recommend highly enough, already got them two further big jobs through neighbours!

The lads came and done my bathroom. Full rip out and reboard. Came on time, no delays or push backs, kept the house as tidy as they possibly could (given the nature of the work). They recommended different styles and arrangements as I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted and I am over the moon with how it’s turned out. Would use again.

Suffered with roof leaks around my chimney stack all winter last year and had several roofers bodge it. Lee and Sean came recommended to me by my parent’s neighbour and sorted all the issues out as-well as replacing a section of gutter free of charge. Cant recommend highly enough. I can understand why they're so busy and have an ever expanding team! 10/10!
