Fast delivery. Even though it was ordered after 3.00pm it came the following day and was very well packed.
The photos of the bits, bradoon and Weymouth, were clear, as were the measurements and I could see that the shank was fixed and didn’t rotate, which was what I wanted. I would have preferred the lozenge to be set so that it lays flat on the tongue. However, it is high quality and I am very pleased with it and consider it value for money.

My bit arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered it.
It’s excellent quality and well wrapped for posting.

Ordered a bit. Received a confirmation and payment was taken, then nothing! No bit received. I sent a message and e mailed but no reply. Now pursuing a refund via PayPal, do not use this company!

I live in Spain and I was a bit dubious about buying as I presumed I would be hit with customs fees which meant it would be more expensive and I wasn’t sure about the quality.
