Easy to obtain quote and information, did what they said they would do. I needed to add a battery to a system that was already in place. I rang UK Solar Solutions for advice and then a quote. They then provided an installation date. They arrived on time did the job, explained the system and set the inverter up.
Everything running well with no problems

Originally met UKSS at Everything Electric show in Harrogate on the Duracell stand.
Initially quoted me a Duracell system, but had also looked at Give Energy stand and decided that this was a better system for my needs and location. UKSS were also Giv Energy installers so re-quoted and matched best on-line price from another company.
They arranged permission from National Grid to connect a 6kW inverter.
Whole system installed in one day and works as I expected. Can recommend UKSS without hesitation.

Tony was great. Totally explained the positives of solar and now with adding a battery.
My system is 6.4 with 2 5 6 batteries. Even living in central Scotland it is a great investment. Probably the best I have made. With octopus as my supplier my electricity bill for 2 months with charging my electric car once a week totalled £7 due to the low rate charging the battery and with the feeding tariff.

I wanted to maximise the benefits of solar panels installed in 2015. Detailed options were presented clearly by UK Solar Solutions. My priorities were to mitigate against the extra costs of running an electric combi boiler to replace a solid fuel boiler. An air source heat pump was not a viable option.
I chose 3 x 5kW PureDrive batteries and they are now working well. There had been a delay in getting the system running properly. This was primarily due to the then electricity supplier not replacing a broken smart meter. At no time were any delays due to Solar Solutions UK. I have always found them very helpful. A faulty meter for the inverter detected remotely by PureDrive was quickly replaced.
It will take a few a full year to assess how successful this project has been but is looking promising so far.

Had a puredrive battery fitted to an existing solar system along with a new inverter, job was done professionally and the price was good. Now have wi fi app to control inverter and keep a check on everything.Having battery storage makes your solar installation much more efficient. Recommended.

We were having issues with a solar system fitted by, as we now know cowboys.
Solar Solutions came and looked at the system and quoted us on the work to get it up and running properly.
It is now working perfectly and we have the paperwork to show everything was done properly!

I had a 5 Kwh PureDrive battery installed. Great service from beginning to end. I was able to discuss installation options and company easily addressed any questions and concerns. They communicated with me regularly and kept me up to date on any delay's and supply chain issues. Really happy with the install and end product.

UK Solar Solutions did yeoman’s work in getting our system installed and operating properly. We had a couple of faulty inverters upon initial installation, and it took a while to diagnose what was going on. But everyone kept at it until a solution was found. Since then the system has performed flawlessly.

UK Solar Solutions fitted two Puredrive 5KW batteries to my solar panels in December 2023, install went smoothly and the batteries have been performing great. I also had a UPS system fitted. When the sun does decide to come out all day I have even had some totally 'grid' free days.

Our Puredrive battery is totally reliable and keeps our electricity bill low. We found the Puredrive office respond well to any queries.

Very happy with uk solar solutions . I did have an issue with the fitting of batteries initially but it was sorted so quickly and that to me means a lot in terms of trust. I would recommend. Very pleased.

Installation was done very well and battery performance has been excellent. I have reduced my electricity bill down to £250/year for 5 bed house and actually to negative £-1750 if I include feed in tariffs. I recommended batteries to friends and colleagues. Joel Green has been dealing with me from Solar Solutions, no pushy sales pitch but genuin information, seeing what our needs are, each conversion he explained details, also calling back to explain to my husband and father so they had questions answered, understanding we have a budget but also want the best solution for our property.
So happy with the puredrive battery, its working well and reducing our electricity costs massively.
It is an investment for our property but definitely worth it for us
