Helpful and fast
Ordered on a Friday (after a telephone call about lead times) and received the following Monday. Well packaged, although the instructions are to check for damage before accepting delivery my courier just left the order even though I was in.

Brilliant
Brilliant. We had a few questions before hand, all of which were answered promptly, which gave us the confidence to place the order. There was a delay with one of the (4.2m) packages, not the fault of UK Stairparts, but because the local delivery company were short staffed. UK Stairparts were excellent in chasing the delivery company on our behalf, and everything is now delivered. Extremely well packaged, and the Oak stairs are simply stunning. Highly recommend this company, brilliant customer service which is rare to find.
