I bought the crest 3d whitening strips and my experience was amazing!! They worked so well, my teeth were noticeably whiter by the end and delivery was so fast.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Payed for the Amazon 1-2 day delivery. Amazon said delivered. Didn’t receive the item on the date they said they had delivered. Although Amazon said it had been delivered two days after ordered. Contacted uk teeth whitening so called customer service. All they said was marked as delivered. Then no response from them after I said it hadn’t, and four emails to them with no response Finally got the product from Amazon 5 days later. I emailed uk teeth whitening and asked them to return my £3.99 I payed for the 1-2 day delivery. I’ve had no reply and not received my money back for the service I payed for. Don’t use the Amazon delivery, or expect uk teeth whitening to help in any way if you have a problem with not receiving orders.

I've used this company in the past and they've been great. I placed an order last week' and I've recently moved to a new build property. The delivery company couldn't find my address to deliver the product. 3 times they sent out a replacement item and even shipped one to my mother's address. They really value their customers. 5 stars from me

Today I received my parcel as the previous order went astray… BUT what amazing fast service this company has!! I only buy from this company and would highly recommend them to anyone!

my order went to the incorrect postcode initially and Sara who is lovely sent me a replacement.
She said that she had amended my account with the correct postcode so I ordered again in January and it was sent to the wrong postcode which is a 2.5hr drive away from me even though it had my full correct address on.
Amazon has apologised to me and admitted their driver sent it to an incorrect address and has provided evidence of this that I emailed to UK Teeth Whitening which they have ignored.
They agreed to send me a replacement order which I have still not received and I have sent about 6 emails chasing.
Katy who is extremely rude and unhelpful is basically accusing me of fraud! unbelievable!
Amazon has admitted that the order has been incorrectly delivered by their driver. Clearly, he has dumped the package somewhere as there is no address in that postcode.
I am really disappointed with this company and will not use them again as they have not wanted to try and help resolve the situation for me.
