Great service, these guys pulled it out the bag at the last minute as we wanted for the Euro finals! The product is the highest of quality with runbber canopy over solid poles. Very pleased. Common England! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🍻🍾

Having been messed about by one company re delivery dates, I was a little nervous putting my faith into Daniel and his team, particularly as he was busy relocating his business at the time! However I have to say that Daniel was very helpful and was available to talk to without waiting and listening to repetitive music !!! The marquee was on a tight delivery time and Daniel even hired a private delivery man to make sure we received the goods on the date specified - it restored my faith in customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend UK Tents Ltd- they do not over promise or under deliver!

Ordered a 5x8 premium marquee for our beer garden and after speaking with UK tents and explaining I really needed it for the weekend it was delivered on Friday morning as promised the service was unbelievable.
It took 3 people just over 4 hours to get it put together and the quality of the marquee is brilliant definitely made to last will be a shame to take it down after the euros but I'm sure we will get plenty of use from it.
Will definitely be telling everyone to use UK tents

Having the responsibility of hosting a last minute stag do in my garden I phoned a number of companies with absolutely no joy. One company nearly gave me a coronary with their awful service and contact centre. I won’t mention names but think of Peter Schmeichel and Bacon.

Then UK tents picked up the phone. I spoke to Dan, he was brilliant. He was mid-journey to Belgium and he could tell by my tone I was losing hope. He gave me solid advice about what I needed for my requirements and made it possible to collect what I needed the next day!

In a world of automatic phone lines, robotic conversations and sales pitches UK tents and Dan in particular customer service that I haven’t had in many years.

Thanks for all your help mate, you’ve helped twenty drunk clowns stay dry and really saved the day!

The whole process from ordering the marquee online to delivery went very smoothly and was kept aware of any updates and delivery. I ordered the PE version but was supplied with the heavy duty PVC at no extra charge.

The process of erecting the marquee is slightly different to what was shown on the website but the instructions that come with the order are correct and simple to follow and need 2 people to erect.

I will be ordering the storage bags as the carboard boxes are strong enough for the long term.

Amazing friendly service, very very sincere and helpful assistant, really took the weight off my shoulders and was prepared to go the extra extra mile for me to have my goods within a very short time limit. Who does that these days? A very honest and respectful service.

These guys are world class! If you need a tent / marquee solution buy from them.

I placed a call to UK tents, having just received the latest news on COVID restrictions which left me having to rearrange my wedding reception from inside to outside with 5 days notice. To say I was in a panic is an understatement.

I needed a marquee and needed one quick. Having hit Amazon hard the best I could find would take 7-10 days to deliver, which put me past my wedding day.

I was in a real jam and then hit upon the UK tents website. I called the team and they pulled out all the stops and I had a marquee delivered within 24 hours ……that’s 24 hours!

The team were a pleasure to deal with and could not have been more supportive of my situation - they literally have saved my wedding day!

It’s been a hard 18 months during lockdown and I have dealt with so many companies that have become very difficult to deal with - it’s almost like some of them have forgotten there are human beings going through stuff at the end of the phone like.

UK tents restored my faith in how businesses do have a heart and will go the extra mile for people when they really need a helping hand

Excellent from the moment I enquired about a product to being able to pick it up (although they do deliver) at their warehouse. Polite, informative, and would definitely recommend them in the future.

Quality products with easy instructions. Their customer service is second to none and delivery was very swift. I can’t recommend UK Tents highly enough.

Absolutely amazing service! Can not thank Dan who helped us with our purchase enough!
We were let down last minute by another company and we required a marquee for our family members funeral. After going on a frantic hunt I found the UK tent site but the delivery stated would not get the marquee to us on time. I called the number on the site and spoke with Dan who assured me he could provide exactly what we needed and for it to be delivered in time for the funeral. I called on a bank holiday weekend evening and my marquee arrived as promised on bank holiday Monday! He kept in touch via texts reassuring me it was on its way as I was extremely worried we would have nowhere for the guests to attend. The driver also contacted myself to let me know he was on his way and what time he would arrive.

The marquee was great quality and looked perfect for the event. It was easy to assemble and take down.

Brilliant service. Would definitely recommend.
