Very mixed service
I had to ring to chase a delivery that I had an email to say was on its way. Once I had done that the delivery arrived within a couple of days. The boxes were a bit damaged, but I haven't found any broken tiles yet.

Unfortunately the tiles were badly packed and they arrived in fragments. A bit of bubble wrap or card would have protected them.

Speedy replacement of broken tiles
The order was filled promptly. The tiles were well packed. Unfortunately, the quite heavy package appears to have been dropped in transit breaking almost 20% of the contents. UK Tile Sales responded immediately to my email reporting this. Replacement tiles were out of stock. I was promised them within a month. Until they arrived I could award only a cautious 3 stars. The replacements arrived in time as promised. I had contact throughout with named people. Perfect service

Quarry Tiles Buff Coloured
I needed tiles for an external window cill and the important points were weatherproof and a good colour match.
The sample tiles proved the match and I was pleased to find your outlet is only 20 minutes away so I was able to collect the tiles and save time and carriage charges
Job now complete and looks good.

Would recommend UK Tile Sales. I had one query before placing online order, customer services dealt with this within the hour. Placed order Monday evening, received confirmation of order early Tuesday morning then later on Tuesday details that order had been dispatched for delivery on Thursday.
Terrific value for money. Ordinarily I would prefer to give business to a local supplier but they couldn’t compete on either price or availability.
