Absolutely useless service.
I paid £54 on 12 July 2025 for a tenant trace, providing the tenant’s last two addresses and phone number. Despite chasing them monthly, I was repeatedly told they were still working on it.
After four months of no results, I used Landlord Action’s tracing service instead, and they found the tenant within a month.
Almost a year later, UK Tracing finally emailed to say they couldn’t find the tenant and were closing the case. No result, no refund, and a year wasted. Avoid.

We'd like to offer some clarity on the refund question. The service you selected was our absconded tenant tracing service, where we carry out monthly searches over the course of a year to locate your subject. If we'd been made aware that a new address had been identified, we may well have been able to offer a partial refund of the fee at that stage. Because we weren't notified, our team continued the tracing work in good faith, and this ongoing activity increased the overall cost of the investigation - which is what removed the option of a refund.
We completely understand the frustration, and we're always happy to discuss the details directly if that would be helpful.

Absolutely fantastic! Results in less than 24 hours.
I contacted UK Tracing yesterday to find an address for me, and I was amazed to receive the accurate details within less than 24 hours. Their response time is unbelievable, and the process was completely hassle-free. I am extremely satisfied and happy with the outcome. A solid 5-star service!

Waste of money
I purchased a tracing order in May. Within hours I received a notice that no tracing found. A month later, heard nothing. Contacted them for update, no response.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend.
