Everything's going wrong. PATHETIC. I can't watch A SMALL LIGHT. You say watch FULL BOX SETS ON DEMAND. NOTHING'S WORKING. I can't get past Season 1 Episode 3 Motherland. Episodes 4 Butterfly and Episodes 5,6,7, and 8 onwards NOT. I REPEAT NOT WORKING. ENDLESS ADS. BLANK BLACK & BLUE SCREENS. IT'S TAKEN 2 HOURS TO PLAY SEASON 2 EPISODE 4 OF BLETCHLEY CIRCLE. I'm trying yo watch Mad dogs and I can't believe how many adverts there are. I've literary lost some scenes as I can't understand whats happening!!! Because the advert has cut scenes. Surely this could not have been agreed with the series makers. Its so frustrating!!!

Last night UKTV needed me to accept cookies. However the Panasonic TV would not accept commands from hand held device. Not O.K. or right move buttons. Same situation on th APP. via HOME button.
Checked on Imac: logged into account no problem: accepted cookies no problem.
Tried disconnecting TV. Same pathetic result.

I was trying to watch episode 2 of a series the adverts came on and after the program did not start I could go back and the previous episode and that would show OK and the one after would play but all I saw for episode 2 was a blank screen, with a small blue screen showing all along the time line on the bottom. This has been going on for over a week. I tried using the contact connection that they gave and I still waiting for a reply.

I've never ever on any of my devices had trouble with uktv play. The issue I have is the adverts. There is a lot, compared to most other free services. But the sound quality and the content in my opinion makes up for the adverts. Great content. But it's free. So we should not complain about the adverts, with good content.

Should be 4 or 5 but constant buffering means it’s 2/3 * purely for the content.
My VM downloads are 280mpbs, good latency and great viewing with all the other catch up apps.
Sorry UkTV+ but time you had someone take a look at your kit.

Gave up trying to login on telly. Takes ages to type in email and password and then when I eventually clicked on ‘sign in’ both disappeared. So user unfriendly- have no inclination to try again

Rubbish took 10 attempts to sign in, doesn't let you continue to watch something, if you press continue just takes you back to first episode. Has done this for a long time but nothing changes.

Hey..UKTV..are you not ashamed of the abysmal product you try to host on tv or only interested in the Ad revenue...let me guess!!! If you were interested in product quality you would read these reviews and do something about the dross quality you churn out......luckily there are much better quality streaming channel than yours...goodbye...

What happened to the live channels on roku. The red updated play has removed live channels. I haven't got an aerial or dish, the app was the only was I could watch the channels live. Now u have taken that away from me. Can't be bothered with the ads to long and boring, I switch off befor the program begins.

Tried to register but just kept saying enter a different e-mail address . I havnt got a different e-mail address so what am i supposed to do as the help line is nil and void

It's a shame UKTVplay is so bad because there is some great content on there. The functionality is just so dire. You endure endless adverts to find the programme/film doesn't play - you just get a a black screen. Particularly frustrating when only one or two episodes of a series will play. Have contacted UKTVPlay for technical support - of absolutely no use. All in all, don't waste your time. If I could give a minus rating I would

Total Rubbish. Tried signing in loads of times, always says wrong password. Can’t get any help. Total rubbish, would not give it one star but sadly I have to give one.

Uktv on firestick keeps on playing ads then goes back to the start of the program. It happens multiple times on the same program. Unwatchable

If I could give the app minus infinity stars I would. Worst app I've ever used. It crashes every 3 minutes on average and then demands that you waste your time watching adverts for the privilege of 3 more minutes. If I was an actor who had content owned by the app holders I would sue them immediately. Absolute garbage. Don't waste your time. This happens daily. But today was same as ever.

Unable to access uktv for several weeks. Able to log in to home page and select channel then screen comes up with unable to access internet - check your connection. This is clearly incorrect as all other apps working perfectly.

There is a real issue with App functionality on our LG TVs. After mid programme ads the sound drops off. To get out back you have to come out of the programme (return) and resume. On resuming you have to look at a new set of ads and then the sound is ok until the next intra programme ads. Then the same thing happens again. So irritating I hate stopped watching.

Absolutely laughable! It doesn't keep a record of the programmes you've watched! You have to find the series you've started watching and then find your next episode yourself, as it just takes you to episode one all the time! Did a five year old develop this on demand service? Uninstalled!

Just mini ad followed by logo, then ad, then logo over & over - then plays a Katherine Ryan programme I didn’t choose to watch. Closed app, tried again - eventually got what I wanted to watch up to first ad break - then back to ad/logo/ad/logo etc - then jumped back to this Katherine Ryan programme again! I cannot put into words how awful this app is.

I enjoy the programs, but simply stop cutting the booking ends off the programs
