Absolutely shocking company - avoid at all cost ! Take your money send completely different items to what was ordered then totally ignore all email, contact form attempts etc to try and resolve and get refund. Absolute scammers

Still not dispatched, Royal Mail have confirmed they have not received it. Can I have a refund please?
I've tried and tried via email and the pop up web chat on the website to get hold of someone and there is never any answer. Wrong products have been sent and no resolve. However, every order I have placed so far arrives anywhere between 5-10 days so the statement of Royal Mail 24hr delivery is useless. There is no page for member loyalty points and nowhere to claim on the checkout. Very shoddy outfit.

I placed order 6 days ago on Thursday the 23rd of January, have screenshots and bank transfer… They haven’t send me text or email, nothing for confirmation except the screen confirmation of order #8007CNJFY. Since then-nothing, no delivery no response,I wrote 4 emails, tried online chat-nothing!
They advertised low prices, but just stealing your money, avoid them, if you have a lot of money, just make a donation to some charity, don’t feed this scammers!
