Disrespectful scammers
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the services provided by your company in relation to the improvement of my business plan. As per our agreement and initial payment of 3500 pounds, I was promised a revised business plan to be delivered by 15th March 2024 which was my deadline to submit.
Despite my clear communication regarding the importance of meeting this deadline and the explicit condition that failure to do so would result in a refund, I am deeply dismayed to report that the revised business plan was not provided until after the specified date had passed. This failure to adhere to the agreed timeline is unacceptable and has severely impacted my business planning process and timelines.
Furthermore, after I sent a confirmation of funds being sent to you, you still refused to give me the business plan on 15 March 2024 which was my submission day ans only sent it today? What am I supposed to do with it it now? I made it clear that if you don't send it on 15 March then simple refund me as it will be useless to me pass that date. The lack of professionalism and disregard for our agreement has led me to question the integrity and reliability of your services.
I hereby demand an immediate and full refund of the payment of 3500 pounds that was made for the services that were not rendered as promised. It is clear that your company has failed to uphold its end of the agreement and has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss on my part.
I expect the refund to be processed promptly and without further delay. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to pursue legal action to recover the funds paid and seek compensation for the damages incurred as a result of your company's negligence and breach of contract.
Please acknowledge receipt of this demand email and confirm the initiation of the refund process within 7 days. I trust that you will handle this matter with urgency and rectify the situation promptly.
