Agreed to work within a very reasonable fixed price then reassured me that they would start work on it immediately and could complete the job within a few hours, even though it was already the afternoon. Sure enough after a few hours the Project Manger rang back and we reviewed the work they had done. Nearly all work was as requested. We then discussed some further fixes which they were able to perform in real time until everything I hope for was resolved. The whole experience very professional and very stress free. Even though my job was relatively basic it was important to be and they treated is so. Highly recommended.
