Avoid this company!

Avoid this company!! They are extremely unprofessional. Bad reviews bad customer service. They take your money demand a deposit to secure a car, test drive and viewing. Lie about doing invoice paperwork and taking a car off of their stock room and stop other customers buying the car. It's still on their website. Shocking. Despite it being a refundable deposit they refuse to refund you your refundable deposit. Avoid at all costs!

I had an excellent experience with this car dealership. The service was outstanding from start to finish—staff were polite, professional, and very accommodating throughout the process. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused dealership.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP WITH THE PLAGUE

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP WITH THE PLAGUE
Proceed looking at a car as close as to buying it.
Then after requesting the registration for insurance and checks. Was given a number plate after checking DVLA said the plate wasnt valid and should not by the vehicle.
Then went back to the dealership and asked and they then apologised for giving the wrong number plate apparently they wasnt aware that it had a private number plate. Yet when being at the dealership all information appeared on the system.
Very dishonest
Seeking legal action against them for refusing to give the deposit back.
AVOID DONT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

Absolutely dishonest and misleading…

Absolutely dishonest and misleading service avoid this garage. Read Consumer Rights Act 2015!

From the very beginning, my husband and I were repeatedly told that the car was in excellent condition with no issues whatsoever. We visited twice, and each time your employee strongly insisted that the car was perfect and that the price was fully justified based on its condition.

We even asked for a discount before purchasing, but you refused, clearly stating that the car was worth the full asking price due to its “excellent condition.” Based on these assurances, we trusted your word.

On the day of purchase, you rushed us to make payment and complete the paperwork before allowing a proper test drive, using the excuse that the car was being washed. Even then, you continued to confirm that there was no damage. The HPI check showed no category, which made your claims seem believable.

However, immediately after the purchase, it became clear that the car had issues that had been deliberately hidden, including signs of repainting and prior damage. We also noticed that every time we had previously come to view the car, you claimed it was “not ready,” which now clearly appears to have been an attempt to conceal these problems.

You also stated that a standard service had been completed, which turned out to be untrue.

During the test drive, your employee initially tried to drive the car himself and avoid giving us a proper opportunity to inspect it. Only after we insisted did my husband get to drive it, which is highly suspicious behaviour.

When we realised the true condition of the car, we were extremely offended. Let me be clear: it is your responsibility as a dealer to sell a vehicle that is genuine and accurately described. It is not the customer’s job to uncover hidden damage. We are not car dealers, and we relied on your honesty which, in this case, was completely lacking.

You cannot simply mislead customers by repeatedly claiming a car is in “excellent condition” when it clearly has undisclosed issues.

At this point, we seriously question the integrity of this entire sale, including whether other details, such as mileage, are accurate.

This is not just poor service this is deliberate deception.

Regarding your response to our Google review: claiming that we only raised concerns because we asked for a discount is completely false. Please do not attempt to mislead others. We discovered that the car had been damaged and repainted after purchase which indicates that this information was deliberately hidden. At the time of payment, we were unaware of these issues because you actively concealed them.

You were aware of the condition of the vehicle and chose not to disclose it. When we raised the issue and requested to return the car, you ignored us. This demonstrates not only dishonest conduct but also a complete lack of customer service.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a car sold by a dealer must be:
• As described
• Of satisfactory quality
• Fit for purpose

We therefore have a legal right to reject the vehicle within 30 days, as it was clearly misrepresented.

We will be reporting this matter on Trustpilot, Google, and to the relevant UK authorities. We strongly warn others not to trust this garage.

Serious Warning: Seller Misled About Vehicle Condition

Serious Warning: Seller Misled About Vehicle Condition

We purchased a vehicle from this seller who explicitly claimed it was in perfect condition and had never been in an accident. After the purchase, we discovered the car had been in an accident, which was not disclosed anywhere.

When we requested a refund or compensation, the seller completely ignored us and denied responsibility. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also deceptive and potentially illegal.

We take this matter seriously and request that the seller contact us immediately to resolve this issue. Otherwise, we will have no choice but to take legal action and share our experience with other potential buyers.

⚠️ BEWARE

⚠️ BEWARE: PREDATORY TACTICS & DISHONEST PRICING ⚠️
I would give zero stars if I could. My friend walked in on March 24, 2026, to buy a car advertised at £24,995, and walked out a victim of what I can only describe as blatant mis-selling and financial trickery.
While my friend was busy signing the mountain of paperwork, this dealership sneakily hiked the price by £2,000, bringing the total to £26,995 without my informed consent. When my friend caught the "error" later, their excuse was a pathetic attempt to justify an unwanted warranty—a warranty they never properly explained and, frankly, my friend never agreed to.
The absolute kicker? The car is only a year old and still under full Toyota manufacturer warranty. They literally charged me two grand for something my friend already had for free. It is a redundant, useless, and disgusting "add-on" designed solely to fleece the customer.
Why you should stay away:
• Zero Transparency: They hide costs in the fine print of finance agreements.
• Predatory Sales: They rely on you not double-checking every single digit while they rush you through the process.
• Unethical Behavior: Selling a secondary warranty on a car already covered by the manufacturer is bottom-of-the-barrel behavior.
I am currently in a formal dispute with the finance company and will be escalating this as far as possible. Do not trust a word these people say. If you value your money and your sanity, buy your car literally anywhere else. This isn't just a "bad experience"—it’s a calculated trap.
STAY AWAY.
Would you like me to help your friend draft a formal letter to the Financial Ombudsman or a specific email to the dealership's Dealer Principal to demand a refund of that warranty

• Misleading Pricing and Hidden Charges Added Without Consent

Absolutely shocking experience with this dealership.

I purchased a car on 24 March 2026 which was advertised at £24,995. After signing and checking the finance agreement, I discovered the price had been increased to £26,995 — an extra £2,000 added without my clear knowledge or informed consent.

I was later told this was for a warranty, but this was never properly explained at the time of sale. I did not knowingly agree to this. To make matters worse, the car is only one year old and already covered by a manufacturer warranty from Toyota, making this extra charge completely unnecessary.

This raises serious concerns about mis-selling and lack of transparency. Customers should not be put in a position where additional costs are quietly added into finance agreements without proper explanation.

I am now formally disputing this with the finance company and will escalate the matter further if needed.

I strongly advise anyone considering buying from this dealership to double-check every single detail before signing anything. Do not rely on verbal assurances.

Very poor and disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience. Price change after enquiring.

Very disappointing experience.

I enquired about a vehicle and felt there was little genuine customer care; the focus seemed purely on securing a sale. When I asked about the negative reviews online, I was told they were simply “unhappy people,” which didn’t feel like a professional or accountable response.

More concerning, the car I was interested in was increased by £1,000 the day after I confirmed I would be booking a visit. Had I not been paying attention, I could have easily missed the price change. That raises serious questions about transparency. When I asked about this, he said he'll find out and get back to me (He didn't).

Communication over the phone was also unprofessional.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution.

I recently had a very positive experience with UK Wheels Limited.

A special thank you to Tahir for his outstanding service. His knowledge about the vehicles was impressive and he took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. It was obvious that he genuinely understands the cars he is selling and cares about helping customers make the right decision.

He was attentive, professional and approachable throughout the process, which made everything feel smooth and stress free. I felt confident and well informed thanks to his guidance.

I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car.

My 84-year-old mum was SCAMMED by these muppets

My 84-year-old mum purchased a car from this dealership in June 2025. From the beginning, the vehicle had issues, which we reported within the first six months. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, our concerns were dismissed and we were treated in a rude and unhelpful manner.

The faults were never properly addressed and the condition of the car worsened over time until it became undriveable. We were left with no option but to pay £1,200 for private repairs.

This situation is extremely concerning given that the vehicle was being driven by an elderly person. A car sold by a dealership should be safe, roadworthy and of satisfactory quality. We do not believe this standard was met.

As the issues were reported within six months of purchase and not resolved, we are now taking formal action under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to recover our losses.

We are very disappointed by the lack of responsibility and customer care shown throughout this experience. Buyers should AVOIDDD

I bought a car from UK Wheels Ltd about four months ago and the experience has been excellent. The team were very professional, the cars they have are high quality, and everything was handled properly from start to finish.

I’ve had no issues with the car at all, and their after-sales support has been solid. I’d definitely recommend them.
