Very pleased with my worktops and the service has been fantastic.

Nice piece of corian made perfectly from ny supplied mdf template. Has pride of place in my campervan adding a touch of class over standard ply worktop. Good job done

The whole process from templating our kitchen to the installation was carried out in a professional manner by staff who were conscientious and skilled. Very happy with the result and would highly recommend.

We purchased a Corian Worksurface, Splashback and Upstands through Roann/Ukworktops. I really can't fault them. They were fantastic from the Sales Advice, to the measuring, the fitting and even giving us a matching chopping board and pan stand entirely for free. The service was professional but also very friendly and helpful. I was nervous as they were considerably cheaper than the company we'd initially planned to go with but this was definitely no reflection of the quality. A lovely professional company. We are delighted with the results.

Great company to deal with and all queries were answered in a friendly manner. The Compac branded quartz worktops are as described and fitted to an excellent standard.

Measuring up and fitting went well. Quality of quartz tops very good, have been in over 18 months and still looks very good.

I really love the work top.
I cut the hole out for my under mounted sink by myself after a lot of deliberation, but looks great & it wasn't that hard to work with, even though it cost a bit for the right tools for the job.
The only thing is it has a small pink mark in the worktop.

We approached this company after we saw their sales representatives promoting their product Corian, at a showroom open day in Leeds. They were displaying how robust and easy their product was to clean, in relation to typical stains such as beetroot, tea, curry etc. Their method was to remove the heaviest with a cloth and water and then remove any residual staining with a cream cleaner such as CIF. The results were amazing on the white demonstration board, which was the size of a chopping board. Brilliant, fabulous, definitely at the top of our considerations for kitchen worktops......
A few months later when we had agreed and decided on our kitchen plans, we contacted various companies who advertised Corian, UKworktops (Roann Ltd) were competitive on price, but another local company were able to provide us with the best price, considerably cheaper? I queried this and it turned out that Roann Ltd were basing their price on a slab of Corian bigger than we actually needed and not configuring, calculating and utilizing the material to fit the size and shape of our worktops fully? Ultimately we would have had more waste product that would still have to be paid for. After raising this point, Roann Ltd recalculated their price and they were the cheapest. Hoping that this was merely human error and not a reflection of the companies normal practices, we proceeded and ordered our worktops.....
Our worktops arrived on the agreed date, albeit 3 hours later than expected, but this was due to problems and delays on the previous job that day, these things happen, they apologised and we were fine still to go ahead with the fitting. This processed finished at around 7.30pm. Whilst fitting and polishing the worktop, one of our brand new high gloss kitchen doors was marked all along the front with their circular sander! The fitter explained that this was common and happens regularly. He said it would be recorded on the job sheet and someone would be in touch to sort out replacing the door. The next morning, in the natural light, we also found a large scratch on the new worktop? We called them and explained this along with mentioning the kitchen door and the missing Corian chopping board, which hadn't arrived? We were advised that we would receive a call back with a course of action, to resolve these 3 points.......
A week passed, no contact, we called to chase this and was told that the individual; was on holiday who dealt with such matters? Another week passed, we emailed the company and we received a reply back saying that this matter was being looked into? Another week passed, we called again and the individual who had emailed us wasn't aware of any emails he had sent to us or anything to do with the problems??? "Well I said, I have this email from you, I'm looking at it on my screen now"!!! "Oh, I'll investigate and get back to you". Another week passed, we called again, only to be advised that he hadn't actually sent the email!!! Someone else within the company had been using his computer and sending emails from his email address, but not advising him that he had done so!!!!!
At this point we were so infuriated and the icing on the cake came when he said that he didn't actually deal with such matters within the company!
We were passed about from pillar to post, for 3 - 4 weeks and eventually told over the phone to order a replacement kitchen door and we would be reimbursed and the fitters would be back out to deliver the chopping board and sort out the scratch.... A week passed again no contact, so we chased and contacted and called every few days, again for the next 2 - 3 weeks, having to harass the company to get this all sorted. The chopping board and the technician arrived the week before Christmas but no sign of the money for our replacement kitchen door??? This was bought and paid for on my visa card, of which by this time my statement had arrived and required paying the Christmas week. I called Roann to explain that if I didn't receive the money from them to pay the bill off in full then I would incur interest on the whole balance, not just the cost of the kitchen door? They said they couldn't send the payment until the very end of December or early January!!!!! When I emphasised this again and asked if they were going to pay all the interest they answered no, the best we can do is pay you next week? I was at an utter loss with this company, words and feelings could not explain how frustrated and upset I was with their actions and total disrespect for customers. I had to ask my parents for their financial help to pay the additional £200, to cover the cost of the kitchen door. This was so embarrassing for me, at a time of year when everything was so tight financially for me and my family, this company point blank would not reimburse me for the cost of them damaging my property nearly 2 Months prior.
Even though they had asked me for my bank account details to send the payment to, their payment arrived in the form of a cheque just before new year, which I then had to wait until the banks re-opened and then wait 5 working days for the cheque to clear, so I couldn't gain access to repay my parents until nearly the middle of January!
I sent a concise email to the company explaining from beginning to end what I had experienced, asking for the details to be forwarded to the directors and copied in the particular female who offered no help regarding the reimbursement of the payment, explaining the whole process from beginning to end and hoping that she never found herself in this same situation especially at Christmas................I gave this company a chance and hoped for a senior staff member to reply to my concise email and expected a shocked response in their employees actions? But not surprisingly, I have never heard a word from this company since.
On a final note, the cleaning of this product is a nightmare! The example of cleaning on a chopping board in the showroom does not show how dreadful the results are on an island, as the cream cleaner on such a vast area leaves vivid circle marks of mild abrasion wherever a stain has been cleaned.

Had my work top installed in Dec 2016. Fantastic value and nice colour. I would have to pay twice the amount or more if I bought it through a kitchen provider Magnet.

Everything was easy. Laura Grainger handled everything. Gave her the measurements and drawings of the kitchen. I wanted the installation before Christmas and I managed to make the order before the cutoff date... or so I thought. This is the stressful part. I actually called to ensure that the delivery date was still on time 19/12/16....only to discover that it was moved without further notice or being informed. They had a huge back log and couldn’t give me a date when it will be installed. Could be after New Year due to the holidays, I was told. After much stress, pleading, pestering and hounding, they finally found a slot for me. The worktops were installed on 23/12. Whew! The installers were great. Neat, timely and helpful. They lost a star because of their time and communication problem. Would I use them again? Yes but probably not during a stressful holiday period.

Great service, prompt, clean and tidy and a top quality product.

The process from template to installation was quick and easy. Both tradespeople that came to our house were friendly. The installation itself was done perfectly. Very nice finished product.

We bought a Corian worktop for our kitchen. The experience was Is excellent. From the price to the instalation of the worktop, everyone was very professional and kind. I can't recommend them enough.
