Extremely Poor service. Don't recommend

Great shoes! Bad service

Brought a pair of shoes online and when they didn't fit I had to pay for returning them all the way to Spain. (FYI - they will not take the returns even if you try to return them in their London store)
You pay for delivery & You pay for the return too.
Shoes have to be tried before you make sure they fit or not - All companies make it different, Same size shoes within Ulanka don't fit the same for different styles. Duh! But this company expects you to just judge anyway and take a pick.(and pay for all the ridiculous charges)

Also, extremely rude staff in their London -Oxford Street store.

Very bad service

Very bad service. They suppose to send you notification when your order will be shipped, never happend. They don't answer your emails. One shoe is lighter on colour. Can imagine how the return proces would go so can't be bothered rather dye the shoes different colour! Never again ordering something from them!
