Do not order anything from this website! You will not be able to return your items. Very poor customer service!! Don't believe the 4+ rating!!!

I have only received 1 of the 2 shirts I ordered even though the tracking says I received them both.

I was pleasantly surprised with my purchase of two sweaters. I love the simple styling. I selected a medium and it fits me well.

Items were good quality and received them quickly. I will definitely be purchasing more from Ulciy.

The customer experience was enhanced through an order confirmation and shipment tracking. I was very pleased with the clothes. They looked as pictured on the website. So happy that I discovered Ulciy.

When I selected the wrong size, I had no difficulty at all asking for the correction to be made. I love the clothes that I ordered!

Be aware, they only accept returns if the item is damaged or defective in some way - they do not accept returns for any other reason. I ordered 2 sweaters that are great, just what I expected. Then I ordered 3 shirts that fit really tight in the shoulders, I went to the return/exchange page and according to the policy, they won't accept the return.

I was a bit dubious ordering from an unknown website but I gave it a try and ordered two jumpers. The jumpers are just what I expected and really pleased with quality of my purchase.

First time I ordered -- 3 items, 2 fit great the other I ordered the wrong size and am attempting to return/exchange. The delivery took longer than I expected (over 3 weeks), but then we are all rather spoiled on the 1-3 day delivery monster stores can provide. Can hardly wait for Christmas to wear the Christmas sweatshirt!!

My only issue was the advertisement stated made in South Carolina, USA. I had a foreign transaction fee on my credit card bill. I feel that is misleading, as I try to buy products made in the USA. I have received many compliments on both the sweaters I purchased.
