Game changer for high priced routine lab work!
After my thyroidectomy in '18, I have had routine lab work for my replacement thyroid hormone. The lab work became to expensive to afford even with insurance. After finding Ulta Lab Tests, I have saved thousands of dollars a year on these unavoidable tests. I love that I can order my test and schedule it in advance. I don't have to wait long to have my blood drawn. I love the people at the patient service center I go to. I really love not having to wait for my doctor to call me with my results. I can see all of my results for every test I've had done. I can see trends immediately and if I need to share them with my doctor, I can very easily. I also appreciate that there is a brief explanation about each test and what the results are used for. With any test you buy, you can print out information telling you if you need to fast or any other preparation you need to make for it. It also tells you how long you can expect to wait for the results. I recommend Ulta labs to everyone, including doctors because it's a valuable option for those without insurance. I also like that I don't have to ask my doctor for permission to have lab work done. If I want to check on my heart or liver, I do it. If I want to check for infection or see if my electrolytes are balanced, I do it. I can order any test I want. The only limitation is money.... and if my body can actually give that much blood, lol. I also really appreciate that there is always a coupon code in my email for a percentage off the test(s). It may not seem like a lot comes off for 1 or 2 tests, but if you have a battery of tests, that coupon could be over $100 off. I love Ulta Lab Tests and I don't see myself every going back to conventional lab work through a Dr visit and insurance.

I had a great experience with Quest…
I had a great experience with Quest labs, made my appointment online and was seen the same day, when I arrived the self-checkin machine didn't work properly but a tech got me in before my appointment time and was able to draw blood on the first try, I can sometimes be a hard stick, all in all everything went great, if I ever have to use them for a lab test that my doctor refuses to or doesn't think I need I will definitely go to them again.

Ulta Labs is amazing..
Ulta Labs is amazing. They offer the same exact tests you can buy from Quest for a much cheaper price. You can order single tests or entire panels for very fair prices. Their customer service is quick, helpful and very good at solving issues if and when they occur though very rare. Overall very happy with them. Thank you Ulta for what you do.

UltaLabs = good. Quest Diagnostics = appalling.
The UltaLabs customer experience was great. That said, their lab partner Quest is absolutely appalling. Three failed draws and the novice techs never could get it right. I called UltaLabs and they refunded me. Good on you, UltaLabs. Shame on you, Quest.

Visited Ulta Lab Test to View Blood-Sugar-Monitoring Tests
I visited Ulta Lab Test's website to view blood-sugar-monitoring tests and used the chat to ask a few questions. The feedback was quick, clear, and satisfactory. A few minutes later, after leaving their website and visiting the website of the nearest test lab, I had another question for Ulta Lab Tests: would I have to pay a blood-drawing fee at the lab (as shown on the local lab's website) or would that fee be included with the two tests I was thinking of buying from Ulta Lab Tests? The chat monitor assured me it was included in Ulta Lab Test's price. I bought the tests, went to the lab, and had the tests performed. The chat monitor was right--I didn't have to pay at the lab.
