I recently had my boot camp training and class 1 test with Ant which was a great experience. Communicated well and explained everything with great understand.

I had a great experience throughout my driver training. My instructor, Anthony, was fantastic—I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He made the learning process both enjoyable and highly constructive, which really helped build my confidence behind the wheel.

I just passed my Class 1 today. Team ultima is very professional and cooperative. The instructor Ant is very kind and helpful. I was lucky enough to have him through out my training. Strongly recommended.

Finished my car to class 1 training , and passed my test today with only 2 minors, if you get Ant as a instructor then you have nothing to afraid of, he’s willing to teach you and he will give you the time and training that you need to get you a pass , he’s a great guy and knows how to train properly , I would deffo recommend ultima for your lessons and Ant being the instructor. Top stuff !

Had great experience with Ultima training to pass my class 1 hgv / test passed 1st time with the help off Anthony training me I would highly recommend this place because they have been fantastic.

I would not recommend this driving school. My experience was very frustrating.

• Administrative issues: Appointments were repeatedly booked incorrectly, and responses to emails and calls were very slow. After I failed my driving test, I was told to wait for a callback that never happened.

• Inconsistent instructors: Some were temporary staff, leading to a lack of continuity. Classes sometimes ended early, and teaching quality varied significantly.

• Student care: It felt like the school prioritizes revenue and packed schedules over students’ learning and support.

Overall, the service was disorganized, and I had to switch to another driving school to continue my lessons and retest.

I can't thank Ultima HGV enough for getting me through my class 1 HGV .I can't fault Anthony my trainer who was excellent.

I just passed my Class 1 C+E first time thanks to Ultima on one of their 8 day courses.
Fantastic friendly staff from the guys n girls in the office to the training staff. My main instructor, Paul made learning very easy with his calm and thorough training style which prepares you easily for your test.
Ultima organised everything from my medical to theory tests, reversing & driving tests and CPC.
If you're looking for a training school, look no further.
These guys were training everyone from ambulance staff to Class 1 artics.
10/10 highly recommend, super friendly driver training school.

Just completed my upskill course from C to C&E, Really enjoyed my training, professionally handled my case, great communication with everyone involved. I had a brilliant instructor shout out Anthony, very helpful, calm and patient trained me well gained alot confidence and passed my test. Would recommend this school to anyone looking for one.

Did my class 1 here passed 1st time with 1 minor, everything was superb from start to finish and i couldnt of had a better teacher in anthony and kenny, they had the patience of a saint which is exactly what i needed and all round top blokes to boot, cannot thank them enough

Just got my class 1 with ultima, passed 1st time with zero minors, the training has been excellent from start to finish, special thanks to the 2 trainers i had, Ant and Kenny, both very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Can't recommend ultima training enough, thanks guys 👍

I have done my Hgv Class 1 training with Ultima HGV Training over at St Helens, The Fellas who took me for training Mark, Mike, Dave, Liam and Paul what can I say, You guys made me so at ease from day 1 dealing with my mistakes in there stride boosting my Confidence. I took my Class 2 with a different firm and it took me 5 attempts, Training with the guidance of the lads from Ultima helped me pass my Class 1 first time with minimum minors. I can and will Strongly recommend using Ultima for any training in pursuing any further driving opportunities.

Passed My Car to Class 1 with Ultima Outstanding Support from Nick and Team

I trained with Ultima for my Car to Class 1 licence and had a really positive experience. I want to give a special mention to Nick, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the whole process. He explained every little detail with patience and made sure I fully understood everything. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared he messaged me outside of work hours to check if I needed help and even rang me before my test day to make sure I was confident and clear on everything. That kind of dedication means a

A big thank you to Jess in the office and the rest of the office staff who was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She dealt with everything efficiently and went out of her way to change my dates and times to suit my schedule, which made things so much easier for me. Her communication was clear and friendly, and she really made the process smooth from start to finish.

I also worked with Ross on my test day his way of explaining with pen and paper was really effective and helped things click. Ant and John (who covered for three days) also gave me useful tips and guidance. At first, I wasn’t too keen on swapping instructors, but in the end, it worked out well I got different experiences and picked up something useful from each of them.

That said, Nick definitely stood out the most. His professionalism, experience, and the support he gave me throughout the course made a huge difference. He really should be appreciated and given credit by the company trainers like him are hard to find and make a big impact on students.

Thanks to the whole team at Ultima I passed my test and feel fully prepared. I’d definitely recommend them especially Nick!
