This company is so bad it’s not funny. I did have a subscription and canceled it as the product did not work for me. They continue to take money after I canceled my subscription and when I log into their website it clearly says I don’t have a subscription but they still take money every month. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are thieves.

I only ordered this product ONE time…

I only ordered this product ONE time around Christmas, yet somehow this company signed me up for a subscription I never agreed to. Since then, they’ve continued sending products I did not order and charging my card $59 each time.

After the first unauthorized shipment, I made it clear I did NOT want any more products or charges. Despite that, they still sent me another package without my permission, and today I was charged AGAIN for another order I never approved.

To make things worse, this company has no customer service phone number, and getting real help through email is nearly impossible. I’ve had to cancel my credit card and go through the dispute process with my bank over charges I never authorized.

This whole experience has been stressful, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. I’m posting this so hopefully someone else doesn’t end up dealing with the same thing.

Subscription dishonesty

After buying this product had Christmas time for my brother and then ordering it one more time after Christmas at his request this company keeps charging my credit card $147 US dollars twice now since I've told them I did not sign up for the subscription. They have no phone number for customer service and when you reach out to them through email they refuse to take the product back after the first time they have done this to me I made it clear I do not want any more and they have now 20 days later sent me yet another 3-month Supply. So I now have four, three month supplies of gummies since December that are not even for me they were a gift for my brother. I have now had to cancel my credit card wait for dispute papers for the purchases from my credit card people and just a lot of headache a single mom of two does not need.
There is no phone number for this company and getting a reply from them personally is impossible. I hope this helps someone else from not being tricked And take an advantage of.

trustworthy but lack transparency

The company is trustworthy and efficient in fulfilling orders. However, I do feel that the company should be transparent and notify its customers, or ask them, before fulfilling an order that was not requested. It breaks the brand's trust when a customer has just received a package they did not order and finds out they had paid for the product without their consent.

Unauthorized Membership Charge

I purchased a three month supply from UltimaPeak in early April 2026. In late April 2026, I was charged $98.00 for a subscription I never signed up for, order #275691. I contacted UltimaPeak right away and asked for a refund/cancelation of the subscription I never signed up for. I got a response from Amelia who stated she forwarded my request to the cancellation department. Here I am, almost a month later with no refund/cancellation confirmation and my emails are no longer being answered. If you decide to purchase from them, be extremely careful and prepared to deal with a frustrating situation like mine.
