Mats good quality and well packaged.
Comms post purchase - order reference in an email recognising purchase - did not materislise. No phone number to call is offered to alay worries. Time passed. No response to several emails.
Obviously now thinking the company was not proper/a scam, I requested money back through PayPal resolution. Only then did the company return contact.
Mats then arrived a few days later in good order.
When you have a good product (the hard bit), you should focus comms (the easier bit).

Terrible customer service
I have used the company previously for a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. However I have recently placed an order and then had to contact the company regarding it as I had ordered the incorrect colour- payment had not been taken out of my bank at this stage- three days later I still have had no response from the company at all and payment has now been taken. The product last time was great which is why I used the company again but the one star rating has been given for the lack of customer service! I am STILL waiting for a response!

Mr Wheeler, whoever you phoned to speak to, it was not us, so we were not made aware of your duplicate until your email some 4 days after you placed your second order. By this time your mats had been packaged for despatch. We did try to locate them but it's difficult once they are on a pallet for collection.

Hyundai i30 mats (model year 2018) 5 door hatch
Hyundai i30 mats. Well to be honest there were a few issues with this order. The first set arrived not exactly to specification and with a couple of quality issues, no big deal. The replacement arrived as totally wrong, not even the same car. However, five stars awarded for the quick communication and attention to the errors, all's well that ends well. Product quality good. Customer service excellent. Thanks for your attention and getting it right in the end. Thanks.

Their product quality is very good and the website also. I was getting templates made so that took some time. And the finished mats took about a month to arrive from the order time
It seems a little impersonal never to include a name on the emails that are exchanged. I'll be back for more though!

I ordered mats with a rubber heel pad,mats turned up with no heel pad,I emailed 3 times to resolve my issue but have not had a reply in 2 weeks.
