This company is the worst customer service I have ever received. Just horrible. They lie, hang up on you, don’t answer the phone, leave you on hold forever, refuse to transfer you to a manager, refuse a refund after 2 days and still no dumpster. While on hold I was counting my recent calls. In 2 days of no dumpster I placed 23 calls to them, (most never answered), for 2 hours and 43 minutes, 95% of time I was on hold. This company is not local like they advertise, they are from NY and sub it out, but you don’t know who they sub it out to so you have to deal with their incompetence!

Zero stars should be an option. This company lies and steals. Driver refused to deliver to location upon arrival. Company refuses refund. You cant charge someone for something you didnt provide. Dispatch guys are ok. Customer service is third world, they lie, and they hang up on you. Avoid this company and use one that actually provides customer service.

Scam - Do not use them. Driver never showed up and they still wont authorize a refund.

This is a terrible company. Sales people flat out lie to you. I got totally screwed by them. Sales guy told me I got 3 dumps of a 10 yard trailer for $750. They charge my credit card $750 for each dump. Screwed me out of $1500. Never use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What I was told verbally was different than what was on the contract. Other than that, everything was great.

Super easy process to receive the quote, sign off on the agreement, processed payment and delivery of the brand new portable potty was done shortly the same day in the early part of afternoon. Thank you for your service and efficiency!

Do not use this company. We ordered a dumpster in Brownsville, TX due to my mother-in-law having health issues and let her house go.

dropped the dumpster off ok, but when we told them to pick it up, they They did not pick it up for 7 days. Even though they were supposed to pick it up in 24 to 72 hours. We were done on a Friday, and it did not get picked up until Saturday the following week.

Now they are trying to bill us overweight charges. The dumpster only holds 2 to 3 tons. They are trying to say the weight was 6.5 tons. That would mean we would have to filled it completely will rock or dirt and would weigh as much as an elephant.

When I asked for the dump before and after they dropped the load, they sent us a weight ticket in IA or a weight station that was not the dump.
Do not use this company.

I will be turning them into adult protective services as a scammer and telling all my friends in B Brownsville TX to not use this company.

Customers beware. This company not only didn't provide the dumpster ordered and promised, but delivered it 1 1/2 days later, and it wasn't even the container showed on the site that I ordered. Not only that DO NOT give this company your credit card. I called AND e-mailed that I was done with the dumpster the day after it was delivered. Mostly because it was late and I needed to be out of the space so I had to find other means to dispose of my garbage. But regardless, a month later they are continuing to charge me for having the dumpster longer than the agreement. I was done with it and have the e-mail requesting pick up a month before. When I called (several times now), the poor customer service agent tells me "I found your e-mail but a manager has to approve refunding this amount. I will call you back once I get approval." No call back. A couple more calls and messages and no response. Now I have to take it up with the CC company. I have been in the construction business for over 30 years, have never left a bad review, and have never had someone charging me for something I didn't use. Then not make it right.
Don't say you weren't warned....

Buyer Beware! This company does not pay their vendors. This means you could get a lien on your property from the actual service provider even though you paid Ultimate Dumpsters. They are not a dumpster company. They are shady brokers.

Our company had an awful experience using this company. This is a warning: If you want to work with trustworthy, timely, and respectful people, do NOT work with Ultimate Dumpsters.

We have an on going business relationshop with Ultimate Dumpsters. They are always prompt in serving their customers, polite , and great at communicating instructions and preferences with their customers and their haulers.

I ordered a 20 yard dumpster, which the delivered, but after they picked it up they charged for tonnage overage. NO ONE said anything about tonnage overage and they charged me $114.50 for 1 ton over, how am I suppose to know I went over a ton till they charged me.
No one told me if I went over I'd be charged. It's a rip off beware, I called 2 times to complain and they hung up on me!!!!!!!!!

Was verbally quoted a price for a 20 yd dumpster, for a shingle tear-off, with no weight restrictions on what was put in it. Received a text with an electronic document, that I wasn't told about, that i needed to review and electronically sign it. Document included a weight limit of 4,000 lbs. Called back and was told they made a mistake on the price and that it would be another $30 to which I agreed to and they would change the weight restriction and send me new paperwork the next morning. Never received the paperwork and over the next 24 hrs I talked to the person I ordered the dumpster with twice and he increased the price 2 more times and then finally hung up on me. At this point I had no idea what the pricing was going to be. I called the dispatcher to cancel the delivery, always getting a voicemail box and left messages with no call back. Left a message with 2 other people trying to get the order cancelled with no call back. Finally called the person back who took the order and had another person answer. Told them I wanted to cancel the deliver and told them why and with no hesitation they took care of it, thank you James. Their phone system is extremely frustrating because when your transferred to someone and they're on the phone it automatically kicks you to there voicemail and as I said, you can leave a message but no-one will call you back.
