After moving away from our previous invoice finance provider over to UF, we have found them to be providing a good level of service and a bank who do try to help their clients where maybe other banks may not look to. The Relationship team at UF have also been good to work with however there are at times where we think their can be areas of improvement such as UF improving their allocating team as their has been instances of payment misallocations and also small occasions of slow responses from payment receipt queries however as a whole we would recommend UF.
