We gave Ultimate Garden Spaces the order to replace 28 sqm of dilapidated decking with new Composite decking. The whole quoting and ordering process was well managed by Neil ((CEO of UGSs), including the provision of samples and good advice.
I asked if the decking boards could be laid diagonally and this was accepted without issue.
The work team arrived and were pleasant and got stuck in. The job was finished in a reasonable time despite some atrocious weather, and looks really good.
Inspection and snagging was undertaken by myself and Neil and any snags were resolved without issue.
Good company to deal with.

We recently had a garden room built by Neil and his team, and we can honestly say we are absolutely chuffed with the result. Not only does the build look fantastic, but the customer service we received truly made all the difference. From start to finish, Neil and his team were professional, attentive, and ensured every detail was taken care of. The project was completed on time, and they kept us updated every step of the way.
