This website is an absolute scam. They state free returns when they won't even answer the email to request a return form. When they finally answered they offered a pitiful flat fee to refund the item (~20% of price) and when I pointed out the language on the website, they stopped responding. Avoid at all costs and this place should be shut down.

I ordered a lilac/lavender jacket and they sent me a gray one. They aren't responding to my emails (I've sent four) and my bank recommended I use PayPal to file a claim. When I try to submit the online claim form on their website, it always shows an error. This company is unreliable and deceptive.

This is a scam website I got messages from a email associated with custom belts in Casper whyoming when the company is suppose to be from the UK they contacted me through whatsapp about the jacket asking me questions about sizes and wanting measurements they didn’t even seem to know what jacket I ordered when I asked questions they never answered i tried to email the company website they never got back to me I’m now having to dispute the charge on my card the whole experience screams sketchy do not buy from this website.

Ordered a jacket from what looks like a reputable British company but the shipping shows that it came from Karachi not the same jacket as picture on the company website. Contact is fine until you get to return process then no contact and the websites return process doesn’t work asks for a product code which you can’t get.

Ordered a leather motorcycle jacket and never received it, I sent multiple emails to get zero response. Now in process of getting a refund via PayPal. DONT USE ULTIMATE LEATHER!!!

This is a scamming company. Didn't even order anything from them and they found a way to take money from my account. Luckily it was declined by my bank but my bank is currently investigating the fraudulent transaction. Avoid! Avoid! avoid!

Really good customer service and very good transparency when conversing on emails

Bought a jacket that was not as described. I requested a refund and returned the jacket and they just stopped responding without issuing a refund. This company is a joke. Avoid them at all costs.

Absolutely appalling.. my item had a false description, misleading film fans, the jacket was not a bit like the picture shown on the website. The follow up after service is non existent, the online returns form comes up with a fault every time I tried to process my returns, please stay well clear of ordering. So upsetting.

I ordered a coat at the end of November. Paypal charged me but UltimateLeather never sent a confirmation email. A few days later I wrote an email asking for an update and they said it will be dispatched in five days. That was the last thing I heard from them. I sent multiple emails and tried to call without success. In January I filled a Paypal complaint and a few days later I got refunded.

Delay in receiving item and communication not great. Item is good quality but sadly not the same as online picture as buckles different.
