Comparison
My review is very much a comparison between Quill and Ultimate Office. We typically use Quill for office supplies, but your company had a couple items not offered there.
Delivery is not as quick as Quill. That could be overlooked, but we ordered only a small amount of items, and still we were missing one of them (binder).
The fact that we can simply send along a PO number, with a bill following to our Accounts Payable department, makes Quill the hands-down easier experience. We will continue to use them because of ease of ordering.
The extra step of calling Ultimate Office first makes it just less streamlined.

I love the Stationmate Organizer
I recently purchased the Stationmate 5 Compartment Desktop organizer with 25 pocket folders and so far it is perfect. My desk looks 100% better and I can easily find what I am looking for. I think it is a bit pricey but I could not find anything cheaper that I liked. I got it on sale so that helped a lot.

Helped me match something I had ordered long ago
They were able to help me figure out the items I needed based on their component system of desk organizers. I took a picture of the monitor stand arrangement I already had and wanted to order the same thing for my additional new monitor. They were able to figure out how I had used two of their components to get exactly the right height and recommend the item numbers I needed to order. The items arrived in less than 5 business days and worked perfectly.

Wonderful company to work with
Wonderful company to work with. Very helpful customer service staff. We had two of the reference organizers and wanted to go from a desktop to an outpost with arm to create even more space. They helped us order what was needed to make that happen, it was delivered in a very short time, and installation was a breeze! Highly recommend the 10 or 20 pocket organizer, especially for documents you refer to every day!
