Just arrived. I felt the legs are very fragile and just had a query that even though I have a two year guarantee. If a leg gets broken can you get a replacement?
In my experience I would say no due to that the contact details I have in my order I am unable to speak to a human.
Not impressed for an item that was not cheap

It was an efficient sale and delivery of goods which are a perfect fit.
It is such a shame that Chelmsford will have no affordable outdoors shop for people to visit and try on particularly as the majority of the secondary schools in the area run D of E. There are several empty retail outlets in Chelmsford - could you not move Ultimate Outdoors to one of those please?

Help with rucksack purchase
I needed a new day sack to replace a much loved one which was old and broken. Byron was very helpful to show me bags until we found one which was a good new replacement. Very happy with my purchase.

Professional knowledgable staff
I attended Ultimate Outdoors on the 11th November for a new pair of walking boots. Tina assisted me in choosing the best pair for my activities. Her in-depth knowledge on footwear was amazing and so l felt confident in my purchase.
I would also like to thank all the other staff who were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
The two minutes silent was also observed throughout the store which was very moving and just.
I would highly recommend this store and staff and hope they get the recognition they deserve from management.
