I found this company ... especially the owner Craig Daviduik to be extremely rude. Instead of we can’t do this and going with, let’s try to find a different way, then making negative remarks about using Chinese companies when I was only using home grown Canadian companies was ignorant. This man seems full of himself and if you choose not to go with him or ask him to make some changes, he becomes extremely ignorant. Out of 5 companies within Canada and 3 in the USA he is the only person to say that can’t be done and when I told him it was about a dedication to Law enforcement and must remain, he refused to make the coin at all. I mean in this day and age who does not know the meaning of The Thin Blue Line. My personal experience was absolutely horrible and I was offended at completely unfounded accusations he made. I would not recommend this company bcuz believe me, if you have any issues, you’re never getting him to admit it or fix it.

I declined the order because I couldn't make what he asked and meet his deadline. So how can you review someone on a product that was never made? It became obvious to me that I was not the right supplier for this gentleman and that he'd be better served elsewhere. He took many suggestions personally instead of their intended value and was very emotionally charged and accusatory and rude throughout. LIke the chinese factory for example: he showed me an art proof from a chinese importer, like myself, and asked me to make it the same way and I was unable to accomplish this. I've personally owned a factory and this guys art is problematic especially on a rush order with 10 working days. I will not take on orders in which I can't succeed.
We were extremely happy with the service provided by the entire team. The turn around was quick and the end result was exactly what we were hoping for. Thank you!

We originally reached out to Ultimate Promotions for a quote on pins which turned into a quote for pins and lanyards. The UP team acts fast, gets you proofs before you know you need proofs and so you can easily visualize what you are actually going to get.
From there, the process is very easy, and fast. We worked with one person from start to finish, and got the products we ordered in less time than we were expecting. In fact, our boxes arrived about a week before we thought they'd arrive and they are everything we wanted and hoped for! In fact, they look better than we were expecting.
I look like a hero with my boss for ordering these, and, the prices were great too!
