Ordered part and paid extra for 2 day delivery. Never arrived. No communication and did not respond to emails. Fortunately my credit card company cancelled my payment and refunded me. Re-ordered on another site and arrived the next day.

Easy use of website. Seemed to be secure, I've made my payment without any issue. The product arrived on time, it was well packed and it works perfectly.

Excellent customer service. I Ordered a wing mirror glass on a Wednesday night and it was despatched the next day. It was sent 48 hrs and after it still hadn't arrived by the following Tuesday it was evident Royal mail had lost it. I contacted them and received a quick response offering to send another out. I gave Royal Mail one more day and when it still didn't turn up, they sent one for next day delivery. It was only a £10 wing mirror glass, but felt valued as a customer and will definitely use again if needed.

The website was very easy to use to find parts specific to my car. I ordered wing mirror glasses for both my wing mirrors. I received a very thorough and informative confirmation email. They mirrors came with their backing panels and were very easy to fit. Delivery was early. Packaging was effective. Mirrors are very nice quality.

Ordered a replacement mirror and housing for a Chevrolet spark, Part number ULT1422-MM.

The website states that the part is comparable with Chevrolet Spark 1.0 (67bhp) Petrol (16v) FWD (995cc) - (2009-2015) Hatchback (11/2009 - 04/2015)

The mirror does not fit the this model of car. The plastic trim is much thicker than the original. It's also impossible to replace the internal plastic cover for the mirror adjustment as the replacement adjuster is too thick, meaning it is impossible to replace the plastic door trim cover.

Terrible customer service.
Multiple delays to order and rude team who were unwilling to help.

The parts I ordered was well pack and was and safe
From damage and was informed of any delay

I ordered a part for my car on the 06th of December 2025 on a next day delivery to find that the box they had sent out to me didn’t arrive until Sunday 14th December 2025 and was completely empty with no parts inside!
I have written an email to them to see if they can do anything to sort this issue out before I escalate the issue further.

The issue landed with Evri that delivered the parcel, I was assured by customer services that the security sticker that they put on the box goes over the box so no one can tamper with the parcel but on arrival I see the security sticker had been broke so someone must have taken my item out! I got I touch with Evri and to this day have had no response, I also got in contact with Ultimate Styling and showed them what the parcel looked like when it was handed to me by the delivery driver, they said right away that the parcel had been tampered with and they would send a replacement out with DPD and it would be with me on the next day delivery at no extra cost and they will be dealing with Evri who they sent the parcel with.
Very happy with this company and even though I was stressed out in relation to this issue this company put things right straight away and took the stress off me so thank you, I’ll definitely be using you again and also recommending them to friends and family.

Cheap and nasty parts. No spare parts available for their parts either. So in the end, what cost saving you may make is overruled by the fact that nothing can be repaired if broken, hence pointless purchase.

Ordered a part from Ultimate Styling because their prices were very competitive and the reviews were good. My part didn't arrive via Royal Mail in the specified timeframe so I contacted the company and they sent out a second parcel via Evri this time which arrived next day. I went on holiday for a week and when I came home, the Royal Mail parcel had been delivered (about a week late!). Contacted the company again for a returns label and he said keep it, which was very kind and meant I had no hassle having to return the duplicate. And, the part fits!

I'm leaving this review before being asked to. It's my first experience with US. Long story short, part didn't arrive despite promises from EVRI. Emailed complaint on Monday, quick reply from Steve at Customer Services who queried my address, which was proven accurate. Steve offered me a 'resend' which arrived on Tuesday (next day). I AM IMPRESSED! Part now fitted and working.
Point of note: EVRI claimed a problem existed with my address even though my wife received two parcels, via EVRI (who else), to the same address the day before. Go figure?
We need more companies like this in the UK giving cracking service, thanks guys.

Awful firm. I ordered an item from them via Amazon. The courier they use delivered it to a completely incorrect address, and I have photographic evidence of this. They are failing to resolve this matter for me, and their customer service is awful and dissatisfying. They are refusing to process me a refund even though I'm out of pocket and received no item. Don't use.

I order with them the item was very good price and quality .
Change the delivery company that you give to client to chose ( EVRI) .
I had bad experience with them .

Ordered the part recommended by their website. Discovered the part was incorrect. Called their "customer services" line, and simply told it was my problem and they would not accept a return.

A phone call to Ultimate Styling was answered promptly by a friendly member of staff, who then helpfully talked through what was involved on their website to find the relevant part: a mirror indicator.
