I hosted a SA-MP server with Ultra-Host and paid over $120 across 8 months. Things ran fine until my server was hit by a DDoS attack. I wasn’t the attacker — I was the one targeted.

Ultra-Host publicly acknowledged the issue by announcing a maintenance period. But later, they deleted that announcement and suspended my account permanently, saying the attack originated from my server.

I reached out with details, trying to explain that it wasn’t me. I even discovered what tool was used to launch the attack. Still, they responded that the decision was final and didn’t consider any evidence.

Eventually, I was refunded and got a backup of my data — which I appreciate. But I lost time, players, and trust in the process.

Since then, I’ve moved to another host. I’ve had zero issues for over two months. No attacks, no disruptions, and much better protection.

It’s disappointing that Ultra-Host handled the situation this way — especially for someone who was a loyal, paying customer.

the ultra host company is fraud company , the offer the cheap hosting plan and after buy they provide the details but after some days , your website gone down and down , no responce from company via email, or whatsapp or call , they did'nt picup the phone, and later some days my account has restricted the not able to login, they took my money and not provide any kind of responce and not refund my money

Great and affordable service. Only reason I'm leaving a 4 star review is because of their donation feature, recently had an accident where a person donated few bucks to my account which was used to order a server. After several days, this said user charged back the donation, which resulted in erasure of server WITHOUT notifying of any kind and leaving me without access to renew or download the files. After talking with the support, they obviously gave me opportunity to do both.

For 5 stars, work on notifying and disabling the server before completely deleting it from users server panel because that might scare them away.

Most of the time, there is lag due to the servers. You also shut down my free server for no reason. but your server prices and interface are fine.

They are fraud company. Scammed my money and not giving any response when im asking for my hosting details.

Ultra host was the host that was cursed and insulted and even unrated the most by people for bunshes of weak reasons, most of them are invalid.
I would tell that the reason why they disliked Ultra host is their lack of knowledge regarding scripts and about how managing a virtual server really works. Brings up a buggy script, uploads it, then complains about the lag.
I ran multiple scripts on ultra host before and known of them lagged, the reason is : my script is safe, ultra host's features cooperated as well.
Ultra host is the only host that offers you an unlimited period to test the host before you attempt paying and buying the premium edition of it.
It will always remain the best. Yes.

Common software errors that result in servers being unavailable for 10-15 minutes at times. Other than that, everything has been great so far.
