Frais de port ajoutés APRES la commande

J'ai commandé et payé par carte un sac de trail pour 189€ sans qu'il ne soit jamais indiqué l'éventualité de frais de shipping.
J'ai reçu une confirmation de commande pour 189€ avec 0€ sur la ligne "shipping".
Ultérieurement Hing m'a demandé de régler des frais de shipping. J'ai contesté au motif que nullepart il avait été indiqué de frais de port. Par ailleurs, j'ai refait un process de commande pour voir si j'avais raté quelque chose. Mais non, à la 2è tentative il s'est indiqué FREE sur la ligne "shipping". Après échange de mail, Hing ne veut admettre que j'aurai dû être informée avant le règlement du sur-coût des frais de ports. Hing ne veut pas me rembourser mon paiement initial. Je n'aurai donc jamais mon sac et j'ai perdu 189€. je ne souhaite pas tenter de payer le complément car je me demande si ce n'est pas une arnaque...
