Terrible Customer Service and Incorrect Order
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service of this company. I attempted to reach out three times via chat regarding my order (IE1767) placed on May 12th, but I have not received any response.
To make matters worse, I received the wrong product—Ultra Brightening Moisturiser Cream instead of the Ultra Moisturiser Cream I ordered. I reported this issue immediately and was promised a response within 2-3 working days, but no one has contacted me since.
Additionally, I was hit with a hefty customs fee from FedEx for 51.25 CHF for a parcel shipped from Ireland to Switzerland. Considering my total purchase amount was 146.48 EUR and I received the wrong item, this fee feels unjustifiable.
I urge the company to improve its customer service and address issues more effectively. I expect to receive the correct product and a refund for the customs fee. Overall, this experience has been incredibly frustrating.
