Scott talked me through all the spec of a laptop before purchasing for my daughter. Both communication and delivery were great. Fast forward 11 months I called Scott as there was a problem with the fan, which turned out to be an unstuck label, not a fault with the fan. Scott and his team collected the laptop replaced the fan, extended the warranty and added big extras, all part of the service! I’m blown away by the fantastic after sales service. These things never happen to me and it makes a refreshing change to have great service both before and after sales. highly recommend Ultra Core Distribution to everyone. 10/10

I called Scott on Saturday afternoon not long before they shut. However I was not going to be able to get there before then to collect. As I was at work scott hand delivered it to my door when he finished so that I didn't have to wait till Sunday to collect the item. Could not ask for better customer service and ill definitely be ordering again.

Daughters laptop suddenly died due to faulty hard drive, containing all her important uni work. Needed laptop urgently, so called Sutton computers out of desperation (during lockdown). Spoke to Scott who said he would take a look immediately, so I gave it to him and he diagnosed the problem straight away. Installed new hard drive and re installed all the necessary software. Back up and running in no time. Quality professional service. Number locked into my phone for future use!

Scott really helped me out of a jam, my current computer stopped working and he was able to provide a quote and specification for a new machine very quickly, at an affordable rate, cheaper than others I had gained online!
