My first order was delayed through no fault of Ultradries - they were quick to respond and communicated well throughout. They gave me a generous compensation for the delayed order. To top it all the product is great. Just ordered a second batch. Thank you Ultradries!

I'm 64 and been struggling with leaks for years. These actually work. No more pads! Delivery took a while but I'd wait again for this quality.

I was getting a bit worried after 2 weeks but Laura reassured me and my order came a few days later. The underwear is genuinely comfortable, better than I expected.

Had some questions about sizing and Emma got back to me really quickly. Felt looked after the whole time. Knickers arrived yesterday, very happy!

Took about 3 weeks but they're here and honestly the quality is lovely. Soft cotton, fits well. Already planning my next order.

Although shipping took time the company was very swift in keeping me informed regarding the delay in shipping.
I am very pleased with the product and fits perfect and does what it claims.

My original order was on October 8th I eventually received it on December 5th with an apology about the delay I had stated in my previous review I that I had been scammed .I still think 2 months is way to long to wait and although I have also received a15% discount for future orders I won't be using it !

Took a while to deliver but once I got them I think they are good quality Laura in customer service was very helpful. I've just ordered another 3 pairs

I was disappointed when my order for Ultradries did not arrive. However I contacted Ultradries Support and they immediately sorted out the problem and I received my order yesterday.
I am delighted with the quality of these pants. They are so soft and comfortable and a perfect fit although I would have liked the legs to have been a bit longer.
I have worn my first pair all day with the extra pad and still feel dry and not had to change them.

There was a bit longer wait for my purchase due to material problems not arriving on time to them and out of their hands but was very pleased with the outcome of my purchase. The ultradries pants fitted me great and are very well made. The material is very soft and of high quality, better than what I have had before.
If wearing these pants going out (for the purchase I want them) is half as good as the quality of them then all should be fine.
All ended well even though a bit frustrating wait only 4star for the wait BUT 5 star for product.

Customer service was great, there was a problem with a delay in delivery. Customer service kept me informed at all times.
Was worth waiting for i have my order now they are amazing ,I can have a lovely Christmas. Thank you. & I had a gift apology from the company

On the whole my experience has been good. The reason I gave 4 stars was because it took 6 weeks for my order to arrive. I emailed the customer service and a very nice lady Katherine emailed me to give me a reason for the delay which was out of the companies control.
My order arrived yesterday and the quality was 1st class. Unfortunately I had to contact Katherine again as the size I ordered were too large. She emailed me back very quickly and offered me a replacement in the smaller size. I can't fault the customer service and would order again.

The customer care is exceptional. My order got delayed due to popularity of the product and when I chased my order up i recieved a prompt loveley reply and explanation and from then on was kept updated on progress. Then i realised I ordered the wrong size and once again customer care shone and the problem was sorted with great understanding. The product looks amazingly well made too so the care is taken in the product too. Thank you all.

I run a small gardening business and spend hours outside every day. Pads were impossible, sweaty, uncomfortable, and constantly shifting around. These Ultradries are a revelation! The cotton breathes even in warm weather, they stay in place, and I can work a full 8-hour day without worry. Took few weeks to arrive but the customer service lady was so sweet, checking in with me. Game changer for my work life!

Ultradries has a excellent customer service department that is dedicated to ensuring customers who need to contact them have a satisfactory customer service experience.

Having read the reviews I decided the Ultradries would not be fit for purpose and I cancelled the order within less than two weeks. I received an acknowledgement and was told they would instigate a refund. This was back in October. I have since had several emails from a Laura when I have pursued my refund. She is very polite and has made many promises to chase up my refund. I spent a considerable amount on this order well over £100 and I am still waiting to receive the refund. I am not convinced that I will ever receive the money now and feel I have been scammed . Extremely disappointed to say the least.

I had very quick response to an error in an order. I was very impressed with the solution.

I am 95 yrs old ,& sick of wearing incontinence pads.Also lm not good with ordering on line ,so l knew l was taking a risk ordering Ultradries.When the team apologised for the delay because of production not keeping up with orders .l wondered if l was scammed! But the friendly team assured me my order would be fulfilled.They kept encouraging me.So l was delighted when it arrived yesterday.

Despite the long wait, which was out of the companies control. I very pleased with the product, well made, and very comfortable to wear.
