Great light i can see way out from shore to middle of lake

Lights work great and bright but bit bulky.
I dont like the MULTI button single on off switch and mode changes.. pain in back side the lights be far better with separate switchs or buttons.. pain in back side turning it off as you need to go thru all modes before turning off.. or fit with a wave Mode just wave you hand past a sensor and turns off.. but Great lights

Slightly heavier and a bit more cumbersome than I imagined, but having said that, it is a brilliant (sorry!) bit of kit. Versatile, with an excellent spread of intense light, which is just what I wanted. One of the plastic clips securing the cable to a side strap was broken, but I replaced it with a cut-down tie-wrap, so all's well. Not had to charge it yet, so not sure about battery resilience, but, on the whole, pretty impressive. Like it!

It is a bright headlamp but the battery life is very poor

Received non working headlamp. Contacted their customer service desk twice. They wanted me to submit video of non working headlamp. My response to their agent below:

I am accepting the fact that I lost the purchase price for a very bad headlamp that has a bad on and off switch and doesn't stay charged. I haven't sent you a video so you can better assist me. My word and explanation should have been enough. When you yourself get a bad product, how do you feel? Have a good day!

I did a lot of research a couple years ago and I think I made a great choice in Ultra Lumens. From working on my car to searching for a tool with more light, to scanning our large back yard at night it’s fantastic! Good quality and nothing has ripped or broken.

They are a great deal (might be on sale right now) and you won’t be disappointed.

I had ordered and paid for 2 head lamps 4 weeks ago and they have not arrived. Company gave me a bogus tracking number. Have written to them many times and they are stalling me and giving no solutions ... just telling me to wait. I think this may be a scam. Even call USA and left a message ... no response

I have been using my headlamp from the time that l received it, and have found it to be such a useful tool doing so many various jobs both outdoors and indoors. When doing mechanical work on my vehicles it is so useful because it allows me to have both hands free to fit various parts, and at the same time l can direct the light beam to exactly where l need to see, simply by a small movement of my head.
It is not limited to this use only, as l have also been using it outdoors for many tasks where l need both hands free, such as bringing in firewood after dark, and looking for any lost tools.

Recently ordered a headlamp which arrived promptly. However, during transit the article had been damaged. I was offered a replacement but chose to receive a refund which was provided immediately without question. My mails were each responded to within 24 hours and it has been a pleasure to deal with this company, their after sales service is excellent and I would recommend them to others.

Excellent service from this company and the head torch is something else,,, great product really does what it says on the tin,,, stop reading this and just order one,,you certainly won’t be disappointed.
