So far no reply nothing and no order arrived 3 weeks … can only tell everyone to stay away !! Scam! I will launch a police claim.

Ordered fireworks payment accepted only bank transfer accepted so cannot claim back, preparation in progress for 70 days, ignores all communication/email/facebook. Avoid like the plague THIEVES. Do yourselves a favour and order from pyromaniax!
Please google the Polish police email address. Use google translator English-Polish and file a report. Hopefully get scammers shut down! Scam company do not buy!

I took almost 2 months to arrive but it came. Few items were missing, thanks border force, cunfs.

Also, if you buy using PayPal your payment is covered.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE, ORDER NEVER RECEIVED AND THEY KEEP IGNORING ME FOR MONTHS WITH REFUND, I THINK THEY JUST STOLE MY MONEY...

Please DO NOT order anything from this site its a scam i am waiting 4 months for my order which i know wont ever arrive...scammed out nearly 500euro...emailed them multiple times but they just reply with "we are investigating what happened to your order bla bla bla same old story and still no refund....SCAM SCAM SCAM

I placed an order in 2019
I paid and after many requests they sent my parcel after 2 months. I received it safely but I am probably one of the lucky ones who got their package

SCAM! Do not order anything! One question for people who did get back their money? How did you do that? My bank is asking me police report?

I ordered a PS5 and two days later they claimed to have shipped it, but it still has not been handed over to GLS after 17 days and they do not respond to my request to refund my money.

They do NOT have PS5 in stock!!!

I've been in touch with the company and courier. Complete lack of feedback, 1 week that I bought the product and still no updates. The courier has been reporting any parcel has been handed over to them, although the company says the order is complete. A completely SCAM company.

I've bought a PS5 with this company for 678 euros. I've been led to trust this company as it has partnered up with PayPal. I've just requested my refund as I am not expecting absolutely nothing to come out of this SCAM company.

Tried to scam me out of a large sum of money but got it back through PayPal.

I ordered an item on the 6th of February it was dispatched on the 8th from Hong Kong and arrived in gls Netherlands on the 15th at gls courier,and I received the item on Friday the 19th which I was very pleased with,the item was very well packaged,I would recommend this supplier.

As with previous reviews I was concerned after reading them. However, my earphones I ordered arrived without any issue and within the timeframe stated (10 working days). And at a very cheap price compared to other sites! I had no problems!

It took 2 months to arrive but did arrive.

Typical Eastern European scammers theives, they pretend to send a parcel nothing arrives. They tell you there dealing with it nothing happens ...... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Flatly refusing to refund.

It's a scam side. They do not send the products, but they keep your money.

Do not order from this site.
They are taking the p.iss Almost 3 month and nothing.
They are all f.ucking kurva and w.anker people.
Also I think they shouldn't call the business Ultras.
It's an insult for ppl who live the ultras life style if you see what I mean.
