We have been jumping through many other server hosting services and this one is one with great potential to be among the other big hosting services out there. I use the Minecraft server service that they offer.

The ping is great for multiplayer as long as you pick the right package for your needs. They do not do any underhanded moves that we previously had such as with RAM as they show you how much they allocate to your server directly.

The support is amazing, understanding, helpful and really nice. We've had a few hiccups while setting up the server but with only a single ticket and a quick waiting time they catered the needs of our server theirselves instead of sending instructions and make us do it instead.

They also are an honest to good server. We had an issue on accidentally making two invoices instead of one and they immidiately assisted with its cancellation.

Not only is this one of the cheapest server hosts out there but its one you can trust as well. Hope this becomes a goated host along with the others

It's easy to use and cheaper than most server hosting out there. Having a Youtube Channel also helps out understanding about how to set up a server. I've been hosting a Minecraft server with my friends and we all enjoyed it. Thank you very much.

UltraServer is actually a very expensive game hosting if you check the prices both their hardware and their software, they have an amazing EPYC CPU paired with 247+Tbps Anti-DDoS Protection. But instead of crazy prices they offer pretty cheap plans for their specifications. The support team is very capable of answering every single question i had about my gaming servers instances.

Trash, buggy

I've been using UltraServers since they were in their alpha stage, and even during alpha testing, UltraServers was a great host.

Now, around 8 months later, I am still with UltraServers as their servers perform so well for what you pay, and they have great customer support through the dashboard and their discord server.

Edit (Feb 1st 2026): I am still using UltraServers for my server hosting and it is still the best host provider in my opinion.

This isn't your typical game server service that you see because it's a little more bare bones but the staff are really friendly and super helpful so they'll help you get whatever you need setup as long as it's possible to do so.

Highly recommend asking staff if something is possible before using service.

The guys over at Ultraservers run a really good affordable service. I've never had any issues with the quality of their products. They also have an incredible support team that have always done an amazing job to help me when needed.

I've been using UltraServers for some time now.
Firstly, I want to mention the performance of their servers, my server has never gone under 20 TPS even with a 25+ players concurrently online.
Secondly, I want to express how helpful, amazing, fast their support team is. They usually take 20 minutes to answer and get problems solved at the speed of light.
Although they might be a small host, trust me, you'll hear their name everywhere in the minecraft-server community soon!

The company is a very high-quality ran Minecraft server host and honestly I would've even paid for it, but everything is free. They were very helpful when I had problems and their response was very fast, when I needed more resources they happily gave me enough to run my server with a smooth experience. 10/10 I would heavily recommend this if you're trying to start a server yourself.
