it worked fine for 15 weeks then failed and a week later after contacting multiple people no fix. Service? it is total crap. I would not use it again if it were free. They are crooks. It wont connect and password reset does not work either. Their people did not even know I had an account. Two different service areas. mine is Legacy? incompetant usless people.

It is not suitable for me. Ask for refund as stated it is 30days money back guarantee but try to call the number that the CS gave me and it should be their billing department but number is not available! Very frustrating!

Very simple to use and easy interface. I like it better than the prior one i had for that reason and also the other would disconnect me a little to often. This one when set with the Firewall option everything just stops if it gets disconnected and then starts again once it autoconnects. I also use it on my Mobile Android and works fine except you have to logout once done since it takes way to long to launch it again after closing it. Other than that i am very pleased i switched to this one. Also like many other utilities when installing I had to right click and Run as Admin even though I am admin of machine.
The server selections for countries is very wide and easy to switch from one to another.
The connection speeds have been excellent. If playing a game while connected on this VPN my Ping is not that bad. I normally have a 50 Ping and with this VPN it will go to 100 but I experience no lag in FPS games.
I would most definitely recommend this application/utility.

I first started trying to cancel my subscription a week ago which their email support claims wouldn't be possible via Email.
I ordered one month but I just today got an email about another payed month.
They also provided me a non registered number which I couldn't call.

Not transparent for the user at all.

Sometimes ultra VPN affects whether or not I can get on the internet and can even prevent my computer security from performing as it should!

the vpn works well 90% of the time

I would give it 5 stars, if not for the occasional disconnections while I am connected to the VPN.

No whistles, no bells, just does exactly what its supposed to do without making a fuss about it, excellent program and well worth the price, which is much lower then other VPN software

multiple places on pc runnning. can never tell when its on or off i.e. one in tray, tab at top, one on desk top. no choice as to where it is. turn one off and other still run. Interference with know trusted sites that i cant use if this is on. Absolutely no interface with product or how to trouble shoot issues. Waist off money. Crap program.

Waaaayyyyyyyy toooo often it slooowwwwssss Everything down to a crawl ... repeatedly I have to disconnect and reconnect (hopefully to a different server) but much of the time that fails to improve things.
I appreciate the UI and how easy it is to change server locations, but the speed issue is a BIG disappointment.

Safe, fast - it works

I bought UltraVPN and it didn't work as promised. Asked and got a refund. I then received a call from my bank saying that my card was compromised due to the UltraVPN purchase. UltraVPN is not a very honest company to do business with. The bank cancelled my card and is sending a new one.

I've never had a single problem with this, its affordable and easy to use on any device. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable VPN!

The product is a easy to use and works just fine, however after my introduction price of £35.99 the full price as advertised was £89.99, this was meant to be renewed 29 November 2020, but the company tried on 2 separate occasions on December 7 2020 a payment of £107 meaning they wanted to take £214, luckily my Bank stopped 1 payment, I contacted the customer service, who answered the additional cost is due to vat, after a few emails I was offered a part refund of £54, which was great but in the same email they stated I would not get a VPN cheaper, but found one that covers more devices for a total cost if £65 for 3 years with a much better customer service.
Please avoid, product is good but there are better providers to be found with a better customer service.

when streaming it is slow while trying to watch amazon had to switch off vpn, also it is always turning off never then restarting, never will i use this vpn again it is appaling, i have one of the fastest broadband but with this vpn it is like going back to dial up
